| In China,agriculture is not only the foundation of national development,but also the precondition and precursor in the process of urbanization and industrialization.The government’s purpose of promoting beautiful countryside is to prevent cities from taking unhealthy advantages in the hinterland of the countryside which causes the size decrease of countryside.However,nowadays,the constructions of beautiful countryside are mostly superficial.The beautiful countryside policy which lacks of producing employment opportunities is just like a flash in the pan.It may bring economic revenue in the short term,but it is bound to disappear.And industry is a process of natural growth,which suggests that how to design beautiful countryside of characteristic industries is more important,when solving the problem of industry,how to change the form and appearance of the countryside is much simpler.This paper takes flower production as the main feature of the Rural flower sea,which combines flower industry and flower sea landscape organically,makes rational planning of the "flower sea" base in Happy Village,promotes the integration of the first,second and third industries in the countryside,draws on the strengths to complement the weaknesses,and achieves better benefits.Through literature synthesis,theoretical research,cases study and other research methods,thus combined with field investigation and analysis of extant resources,the author puts forward the planning concept of "minimal intervention","ecology","humanities","human settlements" and "industry" symbiosis.On the basis of maintaining the spirit of site and place as a core content,the author then puts forward the "flower sea" of happy village.The base has carried out overall layout,functional zoning,renovation,industrial model and other aspects of planning.The main desired results of this paper include the following aspects:1.Firstly,the site survey method is used to survey and summarize the current situation of the base,and excellent cases are used for analysis and reference.Combining with the theories of ecology,landscape aesthetics and environmental psychology as the guiding theory of this paper,the four major design principles of Huahai Planning are summarized:land suitability principle;integrity principle;safety and participability principle and ecological,social and economic principle.According to the principle of combining economic benefits,the overall planning and construction of Huahai Base in Happy Village are carried out.2.According to the physical and spiritual needs of the citizens,rural ecological construction needs and functional diversification needs at the present stage,Huahai Base is planned to be constructed as a leisure activity area,a children’s activity area,an industrial exhibition and product sales area,a flower planting area,a waterfront recreation area,a fishing area and a public parking area.3.Optimizing and improving the road system in the site,expanding the main road system,building new overhead floors and sub-park road network,and building Huahai Sightseeing Park into a flexible and series network space,so as to increase tourists’ experience of traveling.4.Planting vegetation which adapts to local conditions,preserving the texture of the original flowers planted in the site,and associating with local climate and topography,choosing local and productive flowers to make Happy Village full of local atmosphere.5.In order to highlight the characteristics of Huahai in Happy Village,Huahai Landscape will be built into a tourist park featuring productivity,focusing on "Huahai +Production + Products",and promoting the development of the second and third industries simultaneously.Practice shows that construction of Huahai base landscape has begun in the first phase,and it will continue to build upon this scheme design in the future. |
