Four traditional cut flowers(Rose,Lily,Gerbera,Carnation)straw as experimental materials from Kunming Dounan flower market were studied to explore the influence of biogas production characteristics in their anaerobic digestion in terms of temperature,total solid concentration,raw material quality ratio by batch fermentation device.The results are as follows:1.Different temperature gradients of 25 ?,30 ?,35 ? and 38 ? were set to explore the influence of temperature on methane production characteristics of flower straw in anaerobic digestion.The specific biogas production of four kinds of flower straw under 35? were 371mL/gVS,362mL/gVS,369mL/gVS and 417mL/gVS respectively.Under 35?,four kinds of flower straw obtained the maximum specific biogas production rate and the degradation rate.2.Different fermentation concentration gradients of 4%,6%,8% and 10% were set to explore the influence of fermentation concentration on methane production characteristics of flower straw in anaerobic digestion.The specific biogas production of four kinds of flower straw under 6% were 456mL/gVS,519mL/gVS,557mL/gVS and 629mL/gVS respectively.Under 6%,four kinds of flower straw obtained the higher energy conversion efficiency.3.Different quality ratios(1:0,1:1,1:2,1:3,3:1,2:1,0:1)were set respectively to explore the influence of quality ratio on methane production characteristics of flower straw in anaerobic digestion.Rose straw and Carnation straw were mixed,the methane production rate was the maximun under 3:1;Lily straw and Gerbera straw were mixed,the specific biogas production was the maximun under 2:1;Rose straw and Gerbera straw were mixed,the specific biogas production was the maximun under 2:1;when Lily straw and carnation straw were mixed,the specific biogas production was the maximun under 3:1.The methane production efficiency of mixed fermentation with the same quality of raw materials was greater than the sum of the methane production efficiency of single straw fermentation.In summary,it can shorten the fermentation period,improve the gas production rate of raw materials and achieve higher energy conversion rate in biogas project of flower straw by appropriately increasing the fermentation temperature,adjusting the appropriate fermentation concentration and optimizing the proportion of raw materials.
