Aiming at the insufficiency that subgrade flexure acceptance level in specification hasn't full considerion about the influenc of seasonal variations on subgrade, through doing a series of relevant experiments, disposing test data and analyzing relevant material, this paper analyses the primary effecting factors of subgrade intensity, the relationship of soil mechanics indices and soil texture, compaction parameter; researches the seasonal fluctuation law of moisture content and modulus of resilience; analyses inhere flexure acceptance level and puting forward the revising method of flexure acceptance level, supplying gist for construction control.Through analyzing the influencing factor of subgrade intensity, moisture content and degree of compaction are considered as the major effecting factors of subgrade modulus of resilience, and moisture content's influence is the most prominent. This paper brings up the correlativity of modulus of subgrade resilience and consistency, degree of compaction in different kinds of earthiness by indoor and outdoor test. It builts the correlativity of compaction indices and soil indicator, mechanics indices and degree of compaction, moisture content. Through field study, this paper obtains the seasonal fluctuation law of subgrade soil moisture content and modulus of resilience, brings up the fast test method of moisture content and the certainty of equifinality subgrade modulus of resilience in pavement design method. Studying the subgrade rebound flexure design calculation value, subgrade flexure acceptance level method, it researches the acceptance flexure expression of clay soil, loess, cohesionless soil and slity soil. Acoording to theory and practical application analyses, this paper does comparative studies among《highway asphalt pavement design specifications》K1 seasonal effect coefficient method,《highway base engineering tchniques specification》method and consistency correlation method, consistency correlation method is considered to supplying reference for supervising subgrade flexure acceptance.
