Verification Regulation of Clinical Electronic Thermometers(JJG1162-2019)was promulgated in March 2020.It has been improved in the verification of general functions such as appearance display,indication error and startup prompt sound.Due to the sharp increase in market demand caused by the epidemic and the need of enterprise cost control,the automatic verification production line of electronic thermometer requires tens of thousands of daily inspection outputs and can classify unqualified products,which improves the research difficulty of the automatic verification production line of electronic thermometer.According to the verification regulation and enterprise application requirements,this paper designs and develops a set of complete operation control system of automatic production line for verification electronic thermometer.The main work results are as follows:(1)The hardware scheme of the verification production line is designed according to three modules : the function verification of start-up and buzzing,the temperature field and indication error verification of constant temperature flume,and the multichannel sorting of electronic thermometer.The layout scheme of U-type whole machine is proposed to improve the space utilization rate of the verification production line,and the expansion port of constant temperature single tank and double line operation is reserved.Two schemes of up and down frame of electronic thermometer,click type and flip type,are designed.The problem of the upper and lower frame of the connection of the verification line between the three modules is solved,and the smooth and continuous operation of the automatic verification production line of the electronic thermometer is realized.(2)The timing control scheme of the whole verification process task execution is designed by Gantt chart method,so that 12 task activities of each module can be carried out orderly during the automatic verification period.The PC host computer is used as the central node to communicate multiple PLCs,and the verification results of the electronic thermometers of the startup and buzz sound verification module,the temperature field of the constant temperature flume and the indication error verification module are summarized to the multi-channel sorting module.Combined with the Mysql database technology,the safe storage of the verification data of the electronic thermometer is realized.(3)The abnormal risks and their impacts in the verification production line during the experiment were analyzed,and the targeted abnormal treatment scheme was designed.Sensor monitoring and database technology are used to diagnose and record abnormal information of equipment operation,and traceability bar code is designed to realize warehouse management of batch thermometer and traceability of abnormal data thermometer.On this basis,the abnormal self-diagnosis and treatment of the verification production line are realized,and the reliability and maintainability of the automatic verification production line of the electronic thermometer are improved.The equipment operation experiment was carried out with the rod-type electronic thermometer of an enterprise.Through continuous debugging and improvement,the automatic verification production line of the electronic thermometer can achieve the efficiency of 800 units per hour to complete automatic verification,which basically meets the requirements of verification regulations and enterprise batch production lines.
