| There are many multiple workstations and complicated mechanical mechanism in automatic production line,in the process of development and design,mechanical design,electrical design and process design should be carried out at the same time in the research and design stage.The time sequence design drawing is compiled according to the production line process,which is an important part of the process document.The correctness of process design is affected by the correctness of timing design,so it is necessary to validate the sequential design concurrently in the design phase of production line.Therefore,a real-time simulation platform for automation production line controlling timing sequence based on PLC data-driven is designed for simply evaluating the motion control program at the design stage where the requirement of concurrent verification for automatic production line control timing design by R&D personnel is satisfied.The main contents of the thesis are as follows.Firstly,the demand of the simulation platform is analyzed.From the unit modeling and integration,real-time communication design with PLC and visual design,the demand of the simulation platform is analyzed.According to the demand analysis,content of the simulation platform program is designed.Secondly,the unit model of the simulation platform is modeled.In order to solve the problems such as much time cost,low precision and complex modeling process,caused by a simulation platform unit model based on machine learning is proposed,and the motor direct drive timing response unit model is constructed.The experimental results show that Stochastic Forest regression algorithm has small generalization error and very good prediction in model construction.Thirdly,the unit model is integrated and software is developed in the simulation platform.The real-time communication between simulation model and PLC,and the real-time interaction between unit models are realized.The software architecture,functional modules and visual interface of simulation platform are also designed.Finally,on-line evaluation experiment of PLC data on the production line is carried out,and function and accuracy verification of the unit model and the integrated model are completed.The experimental results show that the simulation platform can validate the logic design and timing design of production line process effectively. |
