Research And Development Of Batch And Automatic Off-Work Test Production Line For Electronic Thermometer

At present,the electronic thermometer production enterprise still adopts the manual method to test the thermometer.This method has high labor cost and poor quality verification.In order to improve production quality and production efficiency,A company in hangzhou is in urgent need of an electronic thermometer automatic verification system.However,the existing thermometer verification system cannot satisfy the company,such as Verification efficiency,cooperation with assembly line,classification of nonconforming product.In view of the above problems,the batch and automatic off-work test production line for electronic thermometer was designed and developed.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)According to the calibration specification of medical electronic thermometer(JJF 1226-2009)and the technical indicators proposed by the enterprise.The general design scheme of the batch and automatic off-work test production line for electronic thermometer was put forward.This system has realized the electronic thermometer automatic freight,automatic start,performance detection and judgment of the buzzer,electronic thermometer mobile temperature measurement,temperature measurement in different thermostat bath,performance testing and judgment of thermometer,classified processing.Finally,the communication protocol between PLC and upper computer is developed.(2)Aiming at the problem that the electronic thermometer needs to start up and the performance of the buzzer needs to be detected,the electronic thermometer start device is designed.This device is divided into electronic thermometer starter module and sound screening module.The voice detection hole is reserved in the Electronic thermometer start module,the sound detection of the buzzer can be tested while the electronic thermometer is switched on.The electronic thermometer is screened by the sound screening module based on the signals sent by the the serial debugging assistant.(3)The electronic thermometer measuring device is designed according to the test of temperature measurement and the display of the broken code.The device is divided into the electronic thermometer temperature measuring module and the screen indicator screen module.The temperature measurement of electronic thermometer can be realized by electronic thermometer module at 37℃ and 41℃.In the meantime,the characteristics of the conveyor is used to realize the batch test of electronic thermometer and cycle of the electronic thermometer mobile device.The reserved camera position is used to take photos of the electronic thermometer and analyze the temperature results of the electronic thermometer.The electronic thermometer is screened by the display screened module based on the signals sent by the the serial debugging assistant.The results are divided into three categories: Normal,Temperature error,broken codes or illegible characters.
