The high construction cost of prefabricated buildings is an important obstacle to its rapid promotion.The main reason is that there are a wide variety of prefabricated components in the production process of prefabricated components,and the mold reuse rate is low,which leads to an increase in the production cost of prefabricated components.As one of the prefabricated components with the highest unit price and the most widely used,prefabricated exterior wall panels are also the focus of production cost control by manufacturers.How to scientifically and effectively control the production cost of prefabricated exterior wall panels has become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of fully considering and analyzing the production process and cost composition of prefabricated exterior wall panels,combined with the target cost control theory and the cost whole process management theory,after identifying the key influencing factors of the production cost,the paper proposes to measure the production target cost→ The feedforward→process→feedback control idea of the production cost of prefabricated external wall panels is analyzed by analyzing the sensitivity of key factors→dynamically correcting the actual cost of production.Firstly,through literature analysis and field research,the factors affecting the production cost of prefabricated components are summarized,and then the initial list of factors affecting the production cost is determined in combination with the complex structure of prefabricated external wall panels,the low degree of automation of the production line and the low degree of mold standardization.On this basis,in order to avoid the problems of data dimension explosion and model overfitting in the production target cost prediction model,the AHP-entropy weight method,which can take into account the subjective and objective characteristics of indicators,is used to identify the key influencing factors,and then the key influencing factors are used as the target cost.The input parameters of the prediction model.Then,the support vector machine(SVM)method suitable for small sample multidimensional data sets is used to construct the target cost prediction model for the production of prefabricated fa?ade panels,and the least squares method is used to improve the operation speed of the SVM model,and the simulated annealing algorithm(SA)is used.Iteratively optimizes the penalty coefficient and kernel parameters of LSSVM,and then accurately determines the production target cost of prefabricated external wall panels to complete the feedforward control stage.Secondly,the Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS)method is used to randomly select samples,and the Sobol method is used to conduct a global sensitivity analysis on the key influencing factors.Board production cost process control measures to complete the process control stage.Finally,based on the negative feedback theory,the deviation between the target cost and the actual cost is analyzed,and the corresponding corrective measures are proposed from the perspectives of the internal and external markets of the enterprise.feedback control stage.The paper takes the prefabricated exterior wall panel manufacturer M in W city as an example for empirical analysis.The research results show that the SA-LSSVM prediction model established in this paper has a RMSE value of 48.10 and a MAPE value of 0.97%,which are better than the other three commonly used The prediction model shows that the model selected in this paper can accurately determine the production target cost of the prefabricated exterior wall panels of the manufacturer.The sensitivity analysis results show that the purchase price of steel and the purchase price of concrete are the five most sensitive factors.The results of the analysis and the deviation between the target cost and the actual value can provide strong support for the targeted control of the production cost of prefabricated exterior wall panels for prefabricated component manufacturers.
