With the continuous development of China’s construction industry,prefabricated building has gradually become the development direction because it conforms to the development concept of building industrialization.Among many prefabricated building systems,steel structure building system is widely used because of its good seismic performance and high strength.Composite wallboard is an important enclosure component in steel structure building system,and its development is very important for steel structure building system.In the current research,the structural form of composite wallboard is usually flat plate structure.Prefabricated ribbed composite wallboard is a ribbed structure formed by subtracting the non stressed concrete area and filling it with EPS thermal insulation material on the basis of concrete sandwich panel composite wallboard.Compared with general concrete sandwich panel composite wallboard,prefabricated ribbed composite wallboard is lighter,Therefore,it also has better seismic performance,which is more conducive to installation in practical engineering.In this paper,the limit state equation of flexural bearing capacity is established according to the formula of flexural bearing capacity of precast ribbed composite wall panel.The reliability of three kinds of precast ribbed composite wall panel with different number of trapezoidal concrete slabs is analyzed by using the checking point method of reliability calculation method.The factors influencing the reliability index are analyzed and the results of reliability index are calculated.In addition,the bending test data of concrete sandwich panel composite wall panel are collected statistically.Through theoretical analysis,the bearing capacity calculation formula of concrete sandwich panel composite wall panel is proposed.The reliability of bending bearing capacity of concrete sandwich panel composite wall panel under the same out of plane load is analyzed,and the results are compared with those of precast ribbed composite wall panel.The results show that the influence degree of the basic variables involved in the two kinds of wallboards on the reliability index is the same,and the order from large to small is wind load,yield strength of cold drawn low carbon steel bar,uncertainty coefficient of bending calculation mode,effective height of wallboard,area of tensile steel bar,compressive strength of concrete and overall section thickness of wallboard.Compared with the concrete sandwich plate composite wall panel,the precast ribbed composite wall panel has larger reliability index of flexural bearing capacity and better reliability.The reliability indexes of both meet the requirements of the unified standard for reliability design of building structures on the reliability index of bearing capacity limit state.By deducing the cracking moment formula of precast ribbed composite wall panel,the reliability of cracking resistance limit state is analyzed.The calculation results of sensitivity coefficient show that wind load and concrete axial tensile strength have great influence on the cracking resistance reliability.The reliability index value of cracking resistance of wallboard meets the relevant requirements of reliability index of serviceability limit state in unified standard for reliability design of building structures.By putting forward the stiffness formula and deflection calculation formula of precast ribbed composite wall panel,the reliability of deflection control limit state is analyzed.By calculating the sensitivity coefficient of each random variable,it can be seen that the concrete elastic modulus has the greatest influence on the reliability probability of deflection,followed by the influence of wind load.The deflection reliability index of wallboard meets the requirements of reliability index of serviceability limit state in unified standard for reliability design of building structures.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the precast ribbed composite wall panel.After the rationality of the model is verified,the influence of the stiffness of shear connectors on the stress of the wall panel is explored,and the stress of the concrete sandwich plate composite wall panel with the same mass is analyzed,and the best structure form of the precast ribbed composite wall panel is proposed.
