With the continuous progress of society and the development of building industrialization,prefab architecture has gradually come into people’s life and modernized the appearance of the town.Prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure multi-storey residential system is a structural system constructed according to the requirements of prefabricated composite components and building parts in industrial chemical plants.In terms of performance,the structural system has greater lateral stiffness and better seismic performance.In terms of construction,the structure system can make the construction more convenient and environmental protection more green and other advantages.Among them,the prefabricated wall panels used in the outer enevlope of the structural system are favored by the general construction industry because of their excellent performance of sound insulation and heat insulation.This paper is a built-in steel grids,multiple complex process such as chemical foaming cement production of ALC panels as the main line,in order to be able to meet the requirements of prefabricated green housing industrialization,and the reconstruction of prefabricated in jiangxi province since the building design requirements,selecting a Jiang Xi xiong yu building engineering technology co.,Ltd.Production of plank product-ALC autoclaved lightweight concrete wall panel,as the main outer wall plate of the countryside from the building.In this paper,jia Gou STRAT general building structure software is used to construct the THREE-DIMENSIONAL model of the three-story frame structure farm house needed by the project,and the component checking and overall analysis of the structural model are carried out.By changing the thickness of ALC wallboard and the section type of ALC wallboard,the influence of ALC wallboard on the overall structure of the farm house in the multistory residential system of prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure was studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Pillar according to the project,use the section size of 150 mm×150 mm,by adjusting the parameters of the change of ALC wall thickness should be less than 150 mm,this project used by ALC wall thickness is 150 mm,thickness of the modulation parameters can be 120 mm,100 mm,80 mm,and the different thickness ALC wall plate with better structure of the farmhouse STRAT general finite element software to three-dimensional structure modeling,after checking and generate the calculation of the model component files.(2)To the different thickness of ALC wallboard Archi structure model postprocessing module calculation,get the farmhouse model figure type,The maximum displacement of mode,the maximum absolute bending moment in the internal force diagram,the maximum absolute bending moment in the wall in the combined internal force envelope diagram and the maximum deflection of concrete beam in the deflection diagram is used as an index to analyze the whole structure,and numerical results are compared on the data analysis,the conclusion is: the ALC wall thickness of the thinner,the panel can withstand external force is smaller,the smaller the external force that the whole structure can bear and the greater the modal displacement,the greater the deflection of concrete beams,the greater the overall structure of the more instability,the weak.(3)In this project,the enhanced keel section between the wallboard and the wallboard is simplified,and the peripheral length of the rectangular frame section is110 mm,the width is 50 mm,and the frame thickness is 3mm.Change the section type of wallboard keel,then the section type of ALC wallboard will also change accordingly,change the section type of wallboard keel into square section(peripheral side length is50 mm thick is 3mm),ring section(diameter is 50 mm thick is 3mm),circular section(diameter is 50 mm thick is 3mm)and circular section(diameter is 50mm)respectively.In addition,the three-dimensional structure modeling was carried out for rural houses with different sections of ALC wallboard with the general finite element software of Jia Gou STRAT,and then the component checking calculation was carried out for the model and the calculation file was generated.(4)Similarly to the different cross section type of ALC wallboard Archi structure the farmhouse model post-processing module calculation,get different working condition of vibration mode diagram,working internal force diagram,combination of internal force envelope diagram and concrete beam deflection chart to analysis the influence of different cross section type of ALC panels on the whole structure.Through the contrast of graphical and numerical analysis,the conclusion is: ALC wall between the keel to the overall structure of the rectangular box section type relative to other three kinds of cross section of the most famous of the whole structure of type displacement is small,structure and wall can withstand the external force is relatively large,small deflection of concrete beams,the whole structure more solid and stable.The overall structure of the square section,annular section and circular section of the wall board keel has relatively small changes,and their overall structure changes are similar.(5)Through the study and summary of farmhouse models with different thickness and different section types of ALC wallboard,the 150 mm wallboard used in this project is the most suitable choice after simplified between the wallboard and the rectangular frame section type reinforced keel section steel ALC wallboard,whose overall structure is more firm and stable.
