As an important part of engineering construction,project quality acceptance is limited to a certain extent by personnel,equipment,technology,time and space.Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,it is extremely urgent to solve problems existing in acceptance management of construction quality by using information technology,fully apply the management theory to the digital management of acceptance quality,so as to explore the digital management mode of quality acceptance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of intelligent construction,construction quality acceptance,and industry digitalization.Based on the theory of engineering quality management and engineering quality acceptance management,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the management of engineering acceptance quality.(2)The current situation of construction quality acceptance management under the intelligent site is analyzed from four aspects: size of markets,application scope,information functions and product problems.Through questionnaire research combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,the main pain points and improvement measures of the current construction quality acceptance management are identified,the main problems and functional requirements of quality acceptance management information products are clarified.(3)Based on the basic principles of management system design,the main objectives,functional analysis and architectural analysis are sorted out and the basis of its implementation and operation mechanisms are discussed.(4)Theoretically and practically,the construction difficulties and application requirements are analyzed,and the effects and limitations of their application are analyzed,taking the crane machinery factory plot project in Xiaoshi Street,Gulou District,Nanjing as an example.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)After literature research and questionnaire survey and other methods,the main requirements for constructing a digital acceptance management system for construction quality were put forward,including three requirements for personnel information,acceptance management and new technology application,with a total of 15 items,including understanding the business capabilities and functions of acceptance personnel,simultaneous recording of data during the construction process and acceptance process,true,standardized and detailed recording of data,and updating data collection equipment.(2)The system establishes five management modules with personnel management,mechanical equipment management,acceptance management,big data statistical analysis and 3D model management as the core.The system provides a technical basis for the implementation of the system in three aspects: front-end sensing,data transmission and database management,and proposes four operational mechanisms for acceptance of data collection,digital comparison,rectification and review,and business form generation to provide operating system support for digital acceptance management of construction quality.(3)In the empirical case,the application of digital acceptance management mode of construction quality in process acceptance and sub-project acceptance is analyzed,and the complete application process of data collection,BIM model comparison,approval rectification,up to business form generation in-process acceptance is elaborated;the identification and comparison of acceptance standards in sub-project acceptance are completed.The empirical evidence shows that the digital acceptance management mode of construction quality in intelligent construction site has certain theoretical and practical significance.
