Abstract/Summary:
Construction site management is the core link of construction project.Good management of construction site can not only ensure the orderly and healthy operation of the project,but also help to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.The subject combines the relevant knowledge and literature of management theory,aiming at combing the related problems in the field management of construction projects,and putting forward the strategies and solutions.In this study,the construction site of Sheraton Tunxi Hotel Project is selected as a case,focusing on the quality problems,construction progress,cost problems and safety issues in the project site management.Through the design of relevant measures and the solution of the problems,it can provide some reference for the orderly management of the project site and the improvement of relevant systems.It also provides some reference for the improvement of field management of similar construction projects.In this research,case analysis,literature analysis and field investigation are used.First,previous scholars summarize the relevant research on site management.Secondly,taking Sheraton Hotel construction project in Tunxi,Huangshan as a typical case,they take the way of field investigation to participate in site management and solve the existing problems.Also,they conclude the drawbacks and loopholes in site management.Through the research,combining with the project practice of Sheraton Hotel in Tunxi,Huangshan,the paper analyzed in detail the various links of quality control in the project construction site,identified several key issues in quality control,and constantly strengthened the awareness of quality control on site;In the aspect of project construction progress control,it combines with the phased objectives of the project,and further refines the start and end time of each process,strengthens the connection between processes,and formulates a three-level control plan system in the process control.In the aspect of construction cost control,the information of design technology,engineering materials and human resources should be fully utilized to effectively integrate and utilize resources so as to achieve the goal.
