Evaluation Research On The Level Of Intelligent For Construction Site Management

The objects and content of construction site management are complex and diverse.Besides,the project department is also temporary.The above factors determine that without a considerable degree of managerial experience on site management,it will be difficult to make project management efficiently.However,the traditional construction site management is mainly based on the accumulation of personal experience of the project manager,so the management effectiveness of different construction sites varies greatly from each other.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to implement intelligent management methods to manage all elements of the site systematically,and to improve the performance of the construction industry.From the perspective of the current development needs of the construction industry and the management of construction sites,the main problems faced by the construction industry are analyzed in this paper.Combined with our country’s policies,it is concluded the way for construction sites management to improve its efficiency and enhance the technological level.By sorting and analyzing various guidance documents from the government,the intension of smart construction sites has been preliminarily clarified.Based on the analysis above,referring to various standard documents related to the construction and evaluation of smart construction sites,combining with relevant academic research literature on the application of smart technology in construction site management,and taking the main management objects and the management objectives of project management in the construction site as the main classification standards,the main content of the intelligent management evaluation of the construction site are divided in detail.Considering with the actual site management work,and the results of questionnaire and suggestions from experts,the preliminary intelligence evaluation index system of construction site management is obtained finally.After constructing the perfect index system,considering the characteristics of the evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive method is selected.And the weight of each index is determined by the analysis network process.To a certain extent,the various evaluation standards currently issued are integrated,and a relatively perfect and practical construction site management intelligence evaluation index system and scoring rules are put forward,which has a certain role in promoting the efficient management of construction sites.
