Research On The Landscape Design Of Country Houses From The Perspective Of Behavior Perception

With the rapid development of society,people’s consumption goal has changed from improving their own material level to exploring their spiritual life,and the country’s high-speed urbanization has changed to focus on promoting rural revitalization and building high-quality products industry.Rural tourism has become a new mode of rural development,and rural residential landscape has become a new research and investment direction.As an important carrier of rural tourism,rural accommodation attracts many investors,but the market return is low and there is a lot of waste of resources.Undifferentiated investment in construction destroys rural environment.Homogenization of rural residential landscape in such environment is not conducive to rural ecological and industrial sustainable development.Due to the lack of oriented research on the main groups of rural residential accommodation,the living feedback is not ideal,many consumers are afraid of new residential accommodation.This situation leads to the cultural continuity and inheritance of our country caused obstacles,not conducive to the development of landscape design industry.How to improve the quality of rural residential landscape,to solve the needs of urban residents in rural interaction,to create a comfortable experience space is an urgent need for rural residential research.Exterior landscape space is an important part of embodying rural context and cohesive spirit,and it is also an important component of enhancing tourists’ satisfaction.Designers need to analyze users’ real intentions from the perspective of users.First of all,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of rural residential landscape development,introduces the necessity of the research on the behavior perception of the audience.The feasibility and significance of the study are discussed based on the reasons why the residential landscape of Gongtangtou village in Nanjing is chosen as the case object.Take the user as the main body,bring into its behavior perception angle of view,pay attention to the user’s subjective feeling and the expression of preference,build a comfortable experience space,solve the current urban residents’ leisure experience demand,promote the quality of the rural residential landscape,so as to realize the sustainable renewal and development of industry,ecology and society.Based on the feedback of pre-research,this paper collects the spatial scale of living environment and life satisfaction from the perspective of residents,and collects the basic information of tourists,their preferences,participation in activities,perceived factors and behavioral activities.Based on the analysis of users’ real feelings,this paper summarizes the geographical factors,spatial environment factors,personal background,cognitive levels and interactive attribution factors.From the perspective of professional analysis of the lack of landscape,combined withbehavioral perception theory to establish a humanistic,interactive,sustainable design principles.The concrete perception level of the behavior subject is raised to the specific demand of interaction with the environment,which is connected with the interaction between people and site.The design methods include deeply excavating local characteristics,implanting local fairs industry,carrying forward the spirit of site,creating the comfort of living environment,creating special residential routes from the landscape,enriching the behavior space to meet the needs of diversified activities,planting local plants to maintain the natural beauty of the countryside,improving the basic landscape facilities,so as to make the rural residential landscape return to the regional characteristics and increase the attraction and tourist stickiness.The practice of the design made a guide and basis for rural tourism in Jiangning District and even the development of rural residential landscape in Jiangsu Province to provide reference.Finally,Gongtangtou Village residential landscape case as the design site,comprehensive site resources background,for the site to create "Tian Lianqian,bamboo thatched cottage," the local immersion resort experience theme positioning.Based on behavioral perception,the residential landscape is divided into five functional parts: commerce,life,agriculture,science popularization and parent-child relationship.The landscape elements of the site will be integrated according to the zoning,rich resources will be fully used in the design,so that Gongtangtou Village is full of convenience and comfort,so that tourists and indigenous people really feel the changes brought about by rural construction,from the essence of "sharing homes.The innovation of this paper is to define the definition,characteristics,functional factors and user factors of rural residential landscape,and to combine behavioral perception with rural residential landscape design.Based on the theoretical basis,the paper summarizes the design principles and puts forward the concrete and feasible design methods,and puts them into practice in the actual project.Prove the feasibility of theory and research,provide reference for the landscape design of Nanjing and Tong Background Township,and promote the sustainable development of rural residential industry.
