Coworking Space Design Based On Flexible Design Concept

Under the entrepreneurial background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the emergence of co-working has provided a convenient office environment for domestic innovation groups.This new office model can bring together entrepreneurial teams,freelance office groups and creative workers.The characteristics of co-working space determine that its internal space,information and office facilities can be shared among the crowd.Here,diverse office behaviors will be accommodated in a single space.Although co-working has developed rapidly in recent years and has sprung up all over the country,there is a lack of systematic research on this relatively new office model in academic circles,especially the design of co-working spaces.Through the network literature and related data research and analysis.The author found that in recent years,there have been few studies on the new co-working model in my country,and most of them focus on the economic development of enterprises and the political system environment,while there are few studies on thinking and exploration from the perspectives of architecture and interior design.How to judge whether the internal planning of co-working office is reasonable from the perspective of indoor space environment creation,how to provide practical design methods for the indoor optimization of co-working office,how to create a space service system for co-working users to meet their immediate needs,and how to deal with the current epidemic environment to create an ideal office environment in line with future development.The author researches and thinks about these issues in the article,and these are also questions worthy of in-depth thinking by every designer.Through the research and analysis of the types,space composition and development trend of co-working space,combined with the concept of flexible design and the basic characteristics of co-working space,and based on user data research,this paper proposes three ways to implant the concept of flexible design into co-working space.A basic requirement: humanization,personalization and intelligence.Taking the relevant theoretical basis of "flexible space" as the starting point,combined with the existing domestic relevant cases to analyze the co-working space design,summarize and summarize the main points of flexible design in the co-working space,explore the current and future co-working environment design direction,and carry out This paper presents the design practice of co-working space based on the concept of flexible design,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of co-working space in the future.This topic mainly discusses the following aspects: First,in the introduction part,the article systematically summarizes the research background,research purpose and significance,and research status at home and abroad.The research scope and content are determined,the research ideas and framework are logically and clearly sorted out,and four methods of thesis research are proposed.This paper interprets the related concepts of "flexible design concept" and "co-working space",introduces the research object of this paper,and analyzes the development trend of co-working space under the background of sharing era.At the same time,it also conducts a multi-angle comparative study of co-working and traditional offices,and summarizes the more obvious design defects in the current interior design of co-working offices.Combined with the office needs of co-working users and the main characteristics of local co-working,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of flexible design space,and summarizes the basic requirements for the flexible design concept to be implanted in the design of co-working space: humanization,individualization,Intelligent.Then,introduce case studies,combine domestic and foreign classic co-working space design cases,interpret from the dimensions of space layout,functional areas,office facilities,etc.,and summarize design experience worthy of reference through case analysis.Summarize the key points of flexible design in co-working space,including: open office layout,ambiguous office area,diversified auxiliary space and flexible office facilities.Finally,starting from the user needs of co-working space,this paper studies the basic premise and key elements of incorporating the concept of flexible design into the design of co-working space,and combines theoretical exploration to innovatively refine the optimization strategy of co-working space based on the concept of flexible design.Finally,based on the theoretical reference summarized above,the theoretical research is applied to the practical project to carry out the design practice of the co-working space creative scheme.At the end of the paper,the research results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the future development direction and prospects of this topic are predicted.
