| With the development of urbanization,municipal bridge construction projects can facilitate citizens to travel and coordinate regional development.The safety risk factors of bridge construction affect the quality level and service life of the bridge,which has attracted more and more attention in the construction industry.However,the existing problems include weak safety awareness of site personnel,backward construction technology,insufficient talent reserve,imperfect quality management system and difficult organization and coordination.These problems lead to the frequent occurrence of safety accidents,which not only delays the construction progress and increases the extra expenditure,but also seriously threatens the personal safety of the construction personnel.Therefore,it is essential to study the construction safety risk assessment of municipal bridge engineering.In this paper,on the basis of extensive literature review and full investigation of the actual management of municipal bridge engineering projects,the risk factors of municipal bridge construction projects are preliminarily identified according to the five aspects of“man-machine material method ring”,and twenty-two primary indexes of safety risk evaluation are obtained.Through the expert questionnaire survey,the preliminary list of safety risk identification is adjusted,added and deleted,and the final twenty safety risk evaluation indicators are defined.By using the brainstorming method to analyze the causes and possible adverse consequences of these risk indicators,the characteristics of each risk indicator can be clearly defined to facilitate risk transformation.On the basis of safety risk identification and analysis,the construction safety risk evaluation index system of municipal bridge project is established.By using analytic hierarchy process,the relative weights of each standard layer and index layer are calculated.According to the weight value range,all indicators are divided into high,medium and low risk grades.Construction safety risk assessment model of municipal bridge engineering is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to inspect the scientificity and universality of the pattern,the yandu Road Tongyu River Bridge was brought into the model for comprehensive evaluation.Ten experts were invited to judge the risk rating of each index according to the project overview,construction and safety risk characteristics.After the comprehensive rating results,the construction matrix and calculation,it is concluded that the construction safety risk of the whole project is moderate.Based on the results of risk assessment,the corrective measures are put forward for the factors with high risk index,and the implementation effect of the measures is summarized.Through the relevant research of this paper,it is helpful to avoid the risk in the construction process of municipal bridge engineering and reduce the loss caused by the risk.It also helps to broaden the study area of risk evaluation,enrich the risk evaluation theory of infrastructure industry,and provide useful case reference for risk assessment of other municipal bridge construction projects. |
