| As the proportion of the elderly population continues to increase,in order to alleviate the pressure of elderly care,intelligent,household,and service robots will play an important role in improving the living life of the elderly.At present,age-appropriate service robots have gradually become the focus of research.Among them,the service robot can solve the physical and psychological problems encountered by the elderly in the process of old-age care.This topic will proceed from the daily life situation of elderly users,and study in depth the different needs of the elderly in different situations,and use this as a basis to design a service robot that meets the needs of the elderly in many ways.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the current status of service robots,the physical,psychological,and behavioral characteristics of elderly users and the environment of daily life.On this basis,the behavior analysis method and situation theory are used to construct the user demand situation,and the needs are sorted and sorted according to the three elements of people,things and environment to determine the needs of the elderly users.Secondly,through the construction of quality function development model,the conversion of user needs into product design elements is completed,the specific design elements of age-appropriate service robots are proposed,the design elements are divided according to the elderly’s life situation,and the main design elements are obtained.Finally,the design element index obtained in the early stage is used to complete the design scheme practice,and the scheme is evaluated and verified through the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,which provides a useful reference for the design research of the suitable aging service robot.This thesis applies the theory of situation construction to the needs of the elderly,and takes the elderly users as a research group to explore the design method of the aging service robot based on the living situation.It provides a theoretical basis for the research of suitable aging service robots,and also has certain research significance and application value for the future research and development of suitable aging service robots. |
