The design of intelligent wearable products is becoming more and more important under the environment of artificial intelligence becoming the key field of technological innovation and digital age. With the emergence of highly intelligent, miniaturized and random devices such as intelligent wearable chips, intelligent wearable products have a broad prospect because they meet the needs of human digital and intelligent mobile systems. At present, the research and development of smart wearable products is still in the initial stage, and there are few researches on the integration of smart wearable products into design science. There are some phenomena such devoid creativity in product development, may be short of ability and consumer lack a good sense of experience.Conducting research on the design methods of intelligent wearable products, which is of great importance for enriching the design theory of intelligent wearable products and guiding the design practice of intelligent wearable products.Focus on intelligent wearable product design status, design requirements, design methods and design application of four theoretical and practical issues.According to available of the intelligent wearable products,we know the design of intelligent wearable products which is not enough. From the perspective of design science, this article hopes to research the design methods of intelligent wearable products. The key problem of this study is to clarify the specific content of four domains of intelligent wearable product design based on axiomatic design theory and propose the SWPD-STAM modular design method by combining the technology acceptance model and the evaluation method of intelligent wearable product. The essential factor of researching and constructing intelligent wearable product design need to be derived from the user domain, functional domain, structural domain, and process domain of intelligent wearable products. The subjective perception module and objective object module of intelligent wearable products are designed modularization, and demonstrated by concrete examples. It focuses on the design method of demand driving, product function and technology correlation of intelligent wearable products.Taking intelligent wearable products as the research object,a series of literature summary, theoretical demonstration, market investigation, problem cause induction and empirical research are carried out to form the basic theory of intelligent wearable product design method. The research structure of this article is roughly as follows. The first chapter is about the introduction, which discusses the research background, purpose, significance and main research issues to come up with the research direction and basic thinking of the intelligent wearable products, additionally the innovation characteristics and insufficient of research. The second chapter SWPd-St AM is a theoretical model for the design method of intelligent wearable products, which is based on the theoretical definition of wearability and perimeter concept theory, and the intersection of axiomatic design theory and technology acceptance model. The third chapter is about that combining with the theoretical elements of SWPd-STAM model. The article put forward that the problems to be solved in the design of intelligent wearable products and analyzes the reasons. The fourth Chapter is discuss about the design method of intelligent wearable product is constructed by using theoretical model, and the modular design method is proposed in compose of the problems which faced by intelligent wearable product design. The fifth chapter is introduce that the theoretical model SWPD-STAM of intelligent wearable product design methods into practice research, demonstrating the feasibility of this design method. The development process of intelligent wearable products driven by subjective module and objective module which is proposed, and explore the meanings and value of modular design. The sixth chapter is describe that recapitulate the application of intelligent wearable product design method, and look into the distance to the design methods of intelligent wearable products. |
