| With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,the development mode of all walks of life is also undergoing dramatic changes.Especially for the traditional manufacturing industry,under the influence of "Internet+",the transformation and upgrade of the enterprise is also being completed,Among them,the most representative wearable intelligent devices,because of its intelligent detection,timely reminder and other functions,is in line with people’s "experiential" lifestyle,and is very popular among customers.However,many negative feedback was found after the new products of wearable intelligent devices were put on the market.such as "inaccurate monitoring" and "fast power consumption".Therefore,it is still necessary to upgrade the wearable intelligent equipment.In addition,with the development of e-commerce,customers are increasingly preferring to buy wearable intelligent devices online and make feedback on the experience of using such products,which are often in the form of online reviews,and therefore should be used effectively in product designs.And,online reviews contain a wealth of customer experiences and opinions about products,which is of great value to customer-oriented product improvement and design research.Therefore,the improved design of wearable intelligent devices based on online reviews is a research subject with important theoretical basis and rich application value.In this paper,the improvement of wearable intelligent devices based on online reviews is deeply studied,and the main research work is carried out as follows.(1)The problem description and research framework for the improvement of wearable intelligent device based on online comments are given.This paper gives a mathematical description of the improvement of wearable intelligent devices based on online comments and puts forward the problems to be solved in this paper.Furthermore,according to the specific research questions,the corresponding research framework is constructed,which lays a foundation for the research problem.(2)The method of customer demand extraction based on online comment is proposed.First of all,on the basis of online comment data acquisition and preprocessing,the special dictionary and emotional dictionary of wearable intelligent devices are established.Then,using natural language technology automatically extracted directly expressed in the online review customer requirements for product attributes of customer demand,The use of dependency parsing to extract the customer’s demand for the product attribute is not directly expressed;Finally,determine the customer requirements of wearable intelligent devices.(3)The method of determining the importance degree of customer demand based on rough set theory is proposed.Firstly,the customer’s emotional value for each customer’s demand is determined.Secondly,the customer’s satisfaction degree of wearable smart device is determined;Then,a decision matrix is constructed to determine the importance of customer’s demand.Finally,based on the analysis and processing of online comments on competitive products,the competitive evaluation matrix is constructed,the importance degree of customer demands was modified to determine the final the importance degree of customer requirements.(4)The improvement method of wearable intelligent devices based on QFD is proposed.After determining the customer requirements for wearable intelligent devices,the technical requirements are determined by the expert interview method and the data collection method,and building technical competitive evaluation matrix,the relationship matrix is determined by the grey relation theory;Determine the importance of technical requirements and establish a quality house;Then the key technical requirements are obtained,and the improvement scheme of wearable smart devices is given in combination with the market competition environment;Finally,an improved case of intelligent bracelet on JD.com is given,which demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method in this paper. |
