Cruise ship is a kind of advanced transportation tool which has mechanical characteristics and meets the needs of tourists.From the characteristics of mechanical products,layout design needs to fully consider the efficiency of cruise ship design and reduce the design cost for the shipyard;from the characteristics of advanced consumer goods,layout design should fully consider consumer demand and provide consumers with perfect functional services.In the study of cruise ship design,one of the main technical difficulties is to quantify the design elements of cruise ship engineering requirements and tourists’ emotional needs in the layout design.Therefore,this dissertation summarizes and quantifies technical points of layout design by the perceptual design concept and module design theory.Then,the cruise space layout model is constructed.Besides,frequency statistics and multi-objective optimization are applied to solve the model.Finally,this dissertation developed the cruise ship intelligent layout auxiliary computing software with functions of perceptual translation,module division and intelligent layout.Based on the ROST CM6 software platform,word frequency analysis,semantic network analysis and emotional analysis are applied to analyze cruise passengers’ evaluation text.And the cruise design elements such as functional service parameters,time arrangement parameters and affordable parameters are extracted.The functional flow model is combined with semantic differential method to construct the cruise ship total relevance matrix.Then,the alternative set of module division schemes is obtained by fuzzy clustering algorithm.On basis of relevant literature on ship modularization,the original evaluation factor set of module division scheme is obtained.By Pearson correlation coefficient and double-tail significance test on SPSS 25.0 software platform,the correlations between evaluation factors are analyzed,and the dimension of original evaluation factor set is reduced.Then,DEMATEL-entropy weight combination method is adopted to determine a reasonable weight set.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the fuzzy score of each alternative scheme,and the optimal scheme is obtained.Combined with perceptual design points,modular design results and cruise layout design requirements,some new attributes of modules are proposed,such as tourists’ attention,leisure demand,layout frequency and module coupling.According to the statistical results of module attributes,cruise ship database management system is constructed by Java 1.7 and My SQL 5.7 database.The cruise space is divided into residential area and non-residential area by the characteristics of cruise ship design.For the residential area,the module layout scheme is calculated by frequency statistics method.For the non-residential areas,AHP method is used to make linear weights for the layout sub-targets such as passenger flow planning,leisure experience,module coupling and layout frequency.Then combined with the model constraint function,the multi-objective layout model of the cruise ship’s non-residential area is constructed.And in order to obtain the layout plan of the nonresidential module,the model is solved by the artificial bee colony algorithm integrated with the genetic behavior.Based on the research results of this dissertation,Python 3.5and My SQL 5.7 database are applied to develop the cruise ship intelligent layout auxiliary computing software,which includes functions of designer and tourist interaction,module division and intelligent layout design.Through the case analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the text analysis method is used to quantify the information of tourists’ emotional needs,and the corresponding cruise design elements are formed to guide cruise layout design;The method of cruise module division incorporating functional flow model and perceptual evaluation is applicable to the modular design of cruise,and it effectively improve the fit between design efficiency and tourists’ needs;Frequency statistics and improved artificial bee colony algorithm has good applicability in solving the cruise ship layout design problem;Cruise ship intelligent layout auxiliary computing software has practical value in perceptual design,modular design and intelligent design.
