| In recent years,wearable products have been widely integrated into people’s lives,and bring a good experience to users with its advantages of intelligence and convenience.Wearable products in the medical field have also been extensively developed and have made tremendous contributions to human health.As a medical product,the principle of electronic acupuncture is to use electronic pulse instead of traditional silver needle to stimulate acupuncture points and achieve the effect of acupuncture treatment.However,the current electronic acupuncture instruments still have problems such as inconvenient operation and non-intelligence.If combined with wearable products,the user experience of the electronic acupuncture instrument can be improved to some extent.Therefore,a convenient and wearable intelligent acupuncture product needs to be developed.This topic combines wireless electronic pulse therapy technology for the people who has acupuncture and physiotherapy needs.It designs a wearable smart acupuncture instrument that can be used wirelessly and treated multiple acupuncture points at the same time.Firstly,the QFD and TRIZ integrated design models were created and the wearable intelligent acupuncture instrument was researched and designed based on this theory.The PDS method is used to investigate the user’s needs,and the QFD theory is used to derive the user’s demand and technical characteristics.At the same time,the TRIZ theory is used to solve the conflicts between the technical characteristics,and finally get user requirements of the reliability and the product technical characteristics.The method thus assists in the product design of the wearable smart acupuncture instrument.Based on this,the design elements of the wearable smart acupuncture instrument and the interactive information of the intelligent APP were studied,and the design was finally completed.Through the design model integrated with QFD and TRIZ,the key requirements of the target users of wearable smart acupuncture instruments are: acupuncture accuracy,wireless use,mobile phone control and acupoint prompts.The key technical features are configuration APP,position detection,soft materials and curved shape.These important user needs and technical features will be used into the post-design process.The negative correlation conflicts in the quality house HOQ are the conflict between position detection and low-cost technology,the conflict between the disinfection module and multi-person multi-point operation,the conflict between the timing reminder device and the power consumption.And then convert them into general engineering parameters and compared with the inventive principles in the contradiction matrix,using modularity,separation principle and periodic reminders to solve them.In the research stage of the design elements,it was determined that the wearable smart acupuncture instrument was worn in the form of a bracelet,a clip,a necklace and a key ring.The soft material was TPU thermoplastic rubber and the connection form is fixed in a strong magnetic.Finally integrate them into the design process to complete the product design of the wearable smart acupuncture instrument. |
