| With the vigorous rise of public welfare undertakings in our country,more and more people are participating in public welfare activities.However,the continuous development also highlights many problems in voluntary service,especially the imperfect incentive mechanism and chaotic management of voluntary organizations.The high attrition rate of volunteer service personnel has become the primary problem.This article is committed to improving user stickiness through the strategic design of the user growth system.With the application of blockchain technology and the popularization of micro-certification,the point system and medal achievement system can realize dual incentives for volunteers,both material and spiritual.In order to improve the volunteer service incentive mechanism,reduce the turnover rate of volunteers,and make the volunteer service cause sustainable development.Based on the theoretical and practical research on voluntary service and user growth system at home and abroad,combined with the application scenarios of voluntary service,this paper summarizes the three elements of a universally applicable user growth system construction strategy: building a user hierarchical system,planning user behavior paths and Build an incentive framework to refine the emotional incentives driven internally and the material incentives driven externally.Then,using this as the theoretical basis for user research,distributed survey questionnaires to 107 volunteers,conducted quantitative and qualitative research,and analyzed user pain points and product opportunities.At the same time,analyze the competing products of the existing voluntary service APP and management system,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing products,and provide a practical basis for the functional architecture of the voluntary service system.Then,build the design strategy of the volunteer service system based on the user growth system,and use the AARRR model to divide volunteers into five levels,formulate behavior path strategies for users at different stages one by one,and build an externally driven incentive design on the path elements and intrinsically driven emotional design elements.Finally,combined with tools such as user portraits,user journey maps,and service blueprints in service design theory,the functional elements and design goals of the volunteer service management system and volunteer APP are formulated,and functional architecture,interaction path analysis,and low-fidelity frame diagram design are adopted.and high-fidelity visual page design methods to complete the design practice,so as to achieve refined operations.This thesis is dedicated to proposing a solution to the incentive mechanism of voluntary service through the introduction of the user growth system,to meet the dual incentives of volunteers for material and spiritual needs,and to reduce the sense of imbalance in volunteers’ hearts.In addition,the design of the management system can provide new ideas for the managers of voluntary organizations to get rid of the traditional work mode and realize digital transformation,so as to ensure the sustainable development of voluntary service. |
