| With the Chinese entering the aging society,the elderly high incidence of chronic diseases in hospital patients has increased dramatically.Queuing for a long time to see a doctor a short time,and the following problems had become a major obstacle in elderly medical treatment.The rapid development of the Internet in the context,medical self-service terminal as an effective tool helps to alleviate this phenomenon is widely used in the hospital.But the availability of the product itself and the lack of emotional care has been favored by the users,especially the elderly.With the advent of the era of user experience,the focus of attention is not only a medical self-service terminal interface function,but the overall user experience.Studying the medical self-service terminal from the disorder use of old product and the dimensions of demand.It not only can improve the deficiencies of existing medical self-service terminal,but also can provide suggestions for elderly product design.This study is based on the user experience,service design and usability engineering and other related theories,using activity theory analysis on the elderly products used in the process of the barrier,the five demand levels and from service design to explore the elderly on product demand expectations,thus provide a strong theoretical basis for the follow-up medical self-service terminal design.In the practical research,through the analysis of the situation and the task analysis of the elderly,we found the problems existing in the current self-service terminal: lack of emotional care,navigation is not clear,the payment process is complex.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes three existing mature mobile medical APP,and constructs the user role model,which establishes the direction of product design.In the process of product design,to emotional and usability as the core direction,establish brand mascot as an emotional trigger,optimized interface page,mainly fromthe quick registration,registration and other recommended entrance to shorten the process of user registered doctor.In addition,combined with the existing popular third party payment,while simplifying the payment process,to increase the user’s sense of security,so that users are happy to use the product.Finally,in order to expand the product,increase the product’s mobile terminal APP,allowing users to be able to manage their own illness at home,so that the doctor becomes more efficient and simple.In usability testing,eye tracking techniques were used to set up 6 related tasks to verify the usability of the product.In the test results and user interviews to understand the users’ acceptance of the product is higher,the future trend of simplifying the doctor also have higher expectations.This study from the angle of the user experience,to the elderly as the research object,then designed the medical self-service terminal system,provides a new reference for the elderly product design,but also provides a new solution for the elderly medical problems. |
