| Facing the new requirements of "seven haves",new standards of "five characteristics" and new requirements of planning in the new era,how to build a convenient,connected,safe,beautiful and pleasant shopping street walking environment in Beijing’s urban commercial blocks and improve the walkability of the blocks has become a key issues of concern.With the continuous expansion of urban big data and the continuous development of information processing technology,new data and new technologies have provided new development methods for urban planning,helping urban planning practitioners to comprehensively and meticulously understand cities from the macro,meso,and micro levels All aspects of life also provide new ideas for the evaluation and research of pedestrian space in urban industry blocks.Based on this background,the study selects the representative of Beijing’s urban commercial districts—the Guomao Commercial District,and builds an evaluation system for urban commercial districts’ pedestrian space by sorting out the relevant theories of urban commercial districts’ pedestrian space.Identify problems and propose optimization strategies.The structure of the full text is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly analyzes the research background of the article,delineates the China World Trade Center as the research object according to the existing plans,clarifies the purpose and significance of studying the pedestrian space of urban commercial streets,distinguishes and analyzes related concepts,and sorts out the research status at home and abroad,Construct the research contents and methods of the article.The second chapter is the construction part of the theoretical system.The study draws on the relevant theories and methods of New Urbanism,Street Urbanism,Social Restorative Urbanism,and Grounded Theory to build a theoretical system for evaluating pedestrian space in urban commercial blocks.Elaborate the design elements of commercial street pedestrian space,and at the same time summarize the problems existing in the existing urban commercial street pedestrian space from the macro and micro levels.The third chapter is the construction part of the evaluation index of pedestrian space in urban commercial blocks.First,collect 50 points of core documents and policy texts related to pedestrian space in urban commercial streets,use Nvivo12 to encode each document sentence by sentence,and summarize them layer by layer,finally forming a index that includes 5 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 29 third-level indicators For the index evaluation system,the index is corrected by transferring the questionnaire,and the weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the specific data acquisition and processing methods of each index are explained.The fourth chapter is the empirical research part.Firstly,17 commercial centers in the Guomao commercial district were manually screened out,and all evaluations of Dianping were obtained through python,and two extreme commercial streets were screened out based on the number of comments and comprehensive scores,namely,World Trade Center and World City Commercial Street,and passed the third The evaluation system constructed by Xingzhang conducts a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of these two blocks,and obtains the results,comprehensive analysis and manual correction.The fifth chapter is the optimization strategy part.The study proposes specific optimization strategies from five aspects of convenience,connectivity,safety,aesthetics,and pleasure in the pedestrian area of the commercial street.At the same time,it makes targeted transformation and improvement for the key issues that people pay attention to in the World Trade Center..The sixth chapter is the main conclusions,shortcomings and prospects of the research. |
