Research On Promotion Policy Of New Energy Vehicles In Urumqi

The central economic work conference proposed to increase government investment and support in emerging industries such as new energy and new materials,so as to change the mode of economic development,optimize the economic structure and update the mode of economic development.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to supporting the development of new energy vehicle industry and promoting the application scope of new energy vehicles,and has successively issued a number of new energy vehicle promotion policies.However,due to the influence of various factors,the designation and implementation results of new energy promotion policies of local governments are poor,so it is necessary to target specific governments,Carry out research on the promotion policy of new energy vehicles.Taking Urumqi as an example,this paper studies the promotion policy of new energy vehicles in Urumqi in the form of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.Based on the understanding of relevant research and theories at home and abroad,this paper combs the existing policies of new energy promotion in China and Urumqi,and expounds the current situation and effect of new energy vehicle promotion policies in Urumqi.Subsequently,we investigated the promotion policy of Urumqi new energy vehicle,and put forward the issue of Urumqi new energy vehicle promotion policy itself and implementation.The results show that the existing problems are mainly reflected in the unreasonable policy itself,low efficiency of policy implementation,poor enthusiasm of target groups and insufficient infrastructure;Then it analyzes the main causes of these problems from four aspects: policy,executive agencies,target groups and policy environment.Based on the classic experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward targeted solutions to improve the promotion policy of new energy vehicles in Urumqi from the four aspects of formulating reasonable policies,improving the executive power of the executive subject,strengthening the publicity and supervision of target groups and optimizing the policy environment.It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide some reference for Urumqi to better formulate and implement new energy vehicle promotion policies and improve the implementation of new energy vehicle promotion policies.
