Research On The Techniques Of Creating Concrete Decoration On The Facade Of Modern Architectural Heritage On Kulangsu

kulangsu in the 20 th century is one of the only two international settlements in China.Therefore,the facade decoration of modern buildings in Kulangsu is a product dominated by western decorative elements,which is an imported element.It includes many aspects such as building materials,building technology and architectural decoration.The decorative form has been invaded,developed and reshaped in the local area of Kulangsu.Through the research of decorative history and culture,field research,modeling proportion analysis and basic geometric composition principles,this paper discusses the composition and localization development of western elements in the decoration of Kulangsu.By analyzing the evolution process and proportion variation of the decorative elements of Kulangsu Island,this paper reveals the evolution state of decoration under the influence of different regional environments in the colonial period of the world,and also reflects the localization of the development of modern Chinese architectural decoration under the influence of foreign culture.Taking concrete as the leading factor,this paper analyzes the development and spread of concrete in modern China,analyzes the decorative technology and techniques of concrete in the buildings of Kulangsu,and expounds the source of raw materials,production process,construction method and protective measures of concrete technology in detail.According to the practice,the basic protection principles,protection schemes and general design are proposed.The complex cultural background of Kulangso Island endows concrete decoration with unique values of the times and humanities,which are the carriers of its essence and spirit.This article serves as a preliminary exploration of modern regional architectural decoration,hoping to provide new ideas for the decoration of kulangso in Xiamen and provide a basis for later research on kulangso decoration.
