M Self-service Terminal Equipment Factory is a small and medium-sized enterprise.After the development of the past few years,it encountered a bottleneck and its market competitiveness continued to decline.Due to the small scale of the company itself,the company does not have sufficient funds to automate and intelligently transform the production line,nor can it be relocated to a larger and more structured factory.Based on the needs of survival and development,the M self-service terminal equipment factory must reduce costs and increase efficiency internally,and it is necessary to optimize the layout of the factory,improve logistics efficiency,and reduce logistics costs.The difficulty of the layout of the M self-service terminal equipment factory lies in the need to adapt to the I-shaped plant structure,while taking into account the logistics relationship between the 16 operating units and the demand for land use.In this paper,the M self-service terminal equipment factory is the research object,and the current situation of the factory layout is deeply analyzed,and the constraints of the factory layout and the objective function of the minimum logistics cost are established.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme.First,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the facility layout of the M self-service terminal equipment factory,and obtain the original layout plan,product information,product process and detailed logistics data of the factory.Secondly,according to the original layout scheme,a mathematical model with constraints and minimum logistics costs is established,and the cuckoo search algorithm is used for programming,and then the most suitable optimal layout scheme is selected from the multiple iterative schemes output by the program.Finally,computer simulation experiments are carried out on the optimized layout scheme.The experiment verifies the feasibility of the optimization scheme with the optimization result of saving 35% of the logistics cost.Through the optimization research on the layout of the M self-service terminal equipment factory,this paper improves the logistics efficiency of the factory,reduces the logistics cost,and improves the market competitiveness of the M self-service terminal equipment factory.The research method enriches the research practice of irregular plant layout,enriches the practice of cuckoo search algorithm,and provides a new idea for the layout optimization method.
