With the rapid development of the economy and society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people have begun to pay attention to the overall sensory experience and demand for space activities of the outdoor environment in the residential area.However,with the increasingly perfect and stringent requirements of high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field,their proportion in the site area is increasing.A large number of hardscapes have brought adverse effects on the living environment of high-rise residential buildings.Therefore,on the premise of meeting the requirements of fire protection regulations,forming a clearer landscape design guidance strategy for high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field by using scientific and artistic treatment methods,to make them better integrated into the overall residential landscape environment,providing people with a more comfortable living space is becoming increasingly important.At present,the research on landscape design of high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field is still in a relatively preliminary stage.The current research focuses on the expression of its pavement effect and the division of functional modules.The research and analysis of fire protection code,the overall planning and layout of fire engine path and rescue field,the hidden practices of manhole covers and drainage ditches,and the design of surrounding landscape elements are relatively lacking.Through the overall analysis of the planning and layout,spatial functions,paving materials,basic practices,site drainage,manhole cover treatment,surrounding green planting and night scene lighting of high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field,we can construct an overall research idea,that is,"from the whole to the part,from itself to the surrounding area".Finally,combined with the actual use needs of residents for the site,a guiding strategy for the landscape design of high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field is formed.We first sort out the background of the fire engine path and the rescue field and the evolution history of their corresponding normative development.We conducted research and analysis on the very misunderstood and unclear contents in the specification,such as the slope of fire engine path,the turning radius of fire trucks,and the scope of rescue field.We summed up the impact of the current norms on the environment of high-rise residential areas: 1)The requirements for the safety of high-rise residential areas are more stringent.2)There are more restrictions and difficulties on the landscape construction of high-rise residential areas.We then conducted a field investigation and research on the design of fire engine path and rescue field for high-rise residential buildings in Shenzhen using the non-participatory observation method.The main problems we found in the design were summarized as follows:1)There was only one connector between the entrance of the fire engine path and urban roads in some projects,and the overall traffic conditions of urban roads around the buildings were not reasonably considered,which might lead to the failure of fire rescue trucks to arrive at the buildings in time.The entrances of the fire engine path were arranged at the main entrances of some high-rise residential buildings where people and vehicles are relatively concentrated.When a fire occurs,it may cause chaos on the scene and hinder fire rescue.2)Some of the inspected projects borrowed urban roads and community-level roads,where people and vehicles were mixed,and the fire engine path and rescue field were occupied by motor vehicles or non-motor vehicles,resulting in the inability of fire rescue trucks to pass normally.3)The fire engine path and rescue field were empty,and the space lacked experience and functionality.4)The uneven settlement of the fire engine path and rescue field has a great impact on the overall pavement and also affected its use function.5)The tall trees planted on one side of the building facade were not pruned in time,which affected fire rescue operations.6)Most of the inspection projects were not equipped with relevant fire warnings and indication signs,and the fire flow lines were not clear,which affected the speed of fire rescue.In response to the problems found in the field investigation,we optimized the landscape design of high-rise residential fire engine path and rescue field by combining actual work experience and seeking guidance and advice from design workers.We summed up the fire engine path and rescue field landscape design strategy mainly through the optimization of design management mode,reasonable planning layout,spatial function division for users,regional plant planting design,lighting and logo optimization design and other aspects of research.Combined with the actual participation in the design,construction management projects and their own residential projects,the proposed strategies were further demonstrated and analyzed.Finally,a feasible,complete and sound landscape design system for high-rise residential fire lanes and climbing sites was established,creating safer and more comfortable living space for residents of high-rise residential areas in Shenzhen.
