In recent years, China’s urbanization rate are known for all of us.It lead to thebirth of the Ultra-High-Rise Residential objective conditions, especially in large cities,Ultra-High-Rise Residential have huge space in development.However, the practiceshows that China’s high-rise residential design there are some deficiencies in thetechnical aspects. The structural context of this paper, which means earlier byanalyzing the characteristics of high-rise residential, and then explore the fireevacuation measures and relevant safety technical measures, and finally combinedwith the well-known high-rise residential case analysis.In the second chapter, I started it from the concept of Ultra-High-RiseResidential.Different from the general characteristics of the residential high-riseresidential, mainly from the high-rise residential living psychological and livability,spatial scale and environmental compatibility, structural system and buildingconstruction, fire and evacuation characteristics of this chapter, the basic concepts ofthe ultra-high-rise residential is different from ordinary residential.High-riseresidential is different from the ordinary high-rise residential building height in100msuper. Analysis of its special points,laying the groundwork for the following twochapters focus on.Is the focus of this article chapter, mainly research the technology of high-riseresidential fire evacuation measures. From the planning of the general layout designstart with, the main consideration of fire prevention space in the building, the fireroad, fire fighting and rescue surface and the total level of planning involved in thespecial room set; into the interior of the building, the first study fire preventionsystem, The main analysis of pre-alarm system most associated with the core tubedesign, including stairwells and fire lifts, as well as building evacuation space, suchas refuge floors, the roof itself and with the combination of user behavior, the relevantspecification requirements the design and construction of the platform renovated fireresistance rating requirements, structural renovation mainly related to the externalwall insulation and interior decoration materials related to fire safety requirements.Mainly on the high-rise residential safety precautions, the appropriate choice ofthe structural system, combined with the shape of choices to consider the effects ofwind and seismic. Regardless of the underlying podium design residential, exterior wall structure and a balcony, doors and windows design and detail structure.Finally, through the analysis of the case, we can find some common ground in thecase successfully. It lead me to provide some reference to high-rise residential design.I also believe that the prospect of high-rise residential is bright,it will have greaterdevelopment, this study also has a certain significance.
