The accurate delimitation of "three lines" and the scientific layout of "production-living-ecological spaces" are the reliable basis for the compilation of territory development plan.As an important part of "production-living-ecological spaces",rural production space provides space for rural production activities;while the rural multi subjects with "people" as the core engage in various production activities and establish complex social and economic relations in the rural production space with "land" as the core,thus forming an organic whole of rural production space system.The evolution of rural production space system largely depends on the way and degree of land resource utilization by subject behavior.Therefore,how to clarify the relationship between human and land in the system and optimize rural production space system by adjusting multiple subject behavior and changing land use mode is the key to promote rural land use transformation,rural production layout and land space optimization.This will help to comprehensively promote the realization of the goal of Rural Revitalization and industrial revitalization.Resilience,as one of the core issues of sustainable development science,is a kind of sustainable development ability that the internal factors of the system actively or passively adapt to internal and external disturbances and environmental changes and make corresponding adjustments.It provides a new perspective for analyzing the complex man-land relationship in the evolution process of rural production space system.Western Chongqing district is the most extensive national urban-rural integration development pilot zone in Western China,which undertakes the important reform tasks covering land,population,industry,farmers’ rights and interests.A series of policy stimulus will form a strong disturbance to the regional rural production space system.Resilience,as the essential attribute of the rural production space system,plays a key role in the process of adjusting the main body’s behavior to cope with the disturbance.The improvement of system resilience is the outstanding performance of the coordination and sustainable development of man-land relationship in the rural production space system.Therefore,this study attempts to study the resilience of rural production space system,reveal the resilience level and main obstacle factors of rural production space system,in order to serve the healthy and sustainable development of rural production space system.Following the logical route of"connotation analysis,mathematical evaluation,spatio-temporal evolution,obstacle diagnosis,promotion pathway",this study takes rural production space system resilience as the research object,Western Chongqing district as the research area,9districts as research units,2008,2013 and 2018 as research time points,and 2008-2018as the research period.Firstly,this study analyzes the connotation of rural production space system resilience.Then,this study establishes an evaluation system and an evaluation model to measure rural production space system resilience,and reveal the spatio-temporal evolution law of rural production space system resilience in Western Chongqing district.Finally,this study uses the obstacle degree diagnosis model to diagnose the obstacle factors and the effect degree of rural production space system resilience,and divides the obstacle types of rural production space system resilience,and then designs the differentiated improvement pathway of the system resilience.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Rural production space system resilience is a kind of sustainable development capacity of rural production space system to cope with internal and external disturbances to maintain and adapt to the evolution of the system.Different fields and different types of social-ecosystem resilience research provide a theoretical source for this study.Under the guidance of system theory,man land relationship theory and sustainable development theory,combined with the general connotation of resilience and existing research results,the concept of resilience of rural production space system is further defined as: Firstly,under the social and economic conditions of a certain historical stage,the rural production space system improves the level of system production activities and the level of innovation and development of various elements by adjusting the general background conditions such as internal labor,resources,and ecology to absorb,adapt,and utilize internal and external environmental disturbances,to maintain the original stable operation state of the system,adapt to the stable development of the system in the stability domain,promote the system to transform from the original equilibrium state to a new equilibrium state,and avoid system operation instability or even functional collapse.Secondly,the resilience of the rural production space system is composed of three abilities: withstanding capacity,adaptive capacity,and renewal capacity,all of which are positively correlated with system resilience;thirdly,it has four characteristics: scale,integrity,dynamic evolution,initiative and passivity.(2)This study constructs the evaluation index system of rural production space system resilience from the three aspects of system’s withstanding capacity,adaptive capacity and renewal capacity,which provides a new idea and method for the quantitative measurement of rural production space system resilience.Based on the connotation analysis of rural production space system resilience,this study takes the scientific,systematic,dominant and operational principles as the principle,comprehensively considers the regional particularity,constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of rural production space system resilience from withstanding capacity,adaptive capacity,and renewal capacity,Then this study calculates the withstanding capacity index,adaptive capacity index,renewal capacity index and resilience index of the rural production space system at each time point and district respectively,and quantify and visualize the temporal and spatial evolution of the rural production space system resilience.(3)From 2008 to 2018,the withstanding capacity,adaptive capacity,renewal capacity and resilience of the rural production space system in Western Chongqing district shows specific temporal and spatial evolution and spatial differentiation.The rural production space system withstanding capacity in Western Chongqing district has obvious spatial differentiation.The areas with high withstanding capacity are concentrated locally,showing a spatial pattern of “high in the south and low in the north,and decreasing from south to north”;in time sequence,the rural production space system withstanding capacity of the whole and each district in Western Chongqing district presents an upward trend.The rural production space system adaptive capacity in Western Chongqing district has significant regional differences,but the spatial pattern changes greatly,from the unbalanced pattern of "high in the South and low in the north,high in the East and low in the west" to the spatial pattern of "overall coordination";in terms of time sequence,the rural production space system adaptive capacity in Western Chongqing district shows an overall upward trend.The rural production space system renewal capacity in Western Chongqing district has significant spatial and regional differences,showing the spatial pattern characteristics of"high value gathering,high in the central part,low in the north and south";in terms of time sequence,the rural production space system renewal capacity in Western Chongqing district as a whole and in each district shows an upward trend.The rural production space system resilience in Western Chongqing discrict presents a spatial pattern of"high and low value gathering,high in the South and low in the North",and decreases from the center of Banan district to the surrounding;in terms of time sequence,the rural production space system resilience in Western Chongqing district as a whole and in each district presents an upward trend.(4)Based on the diagnosis model of resilience obstacle degree,the types of resilience obstacle of rural production space system in Western Chongqing district are divided,and the differential promotion path of system resilience is designed.Adaptive capacity and renewal capacity are the leading obstacles in Western Chongqing district.The rural production space system in Western Chongqing district is facing the urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Based on this,according to the obstacle degree analysis of the resilience criteria of rural production space system,the resilience obstacles of rural production space system in Western Chongqing district are divided into two types: "adaptive capacity obstacle type" and "adaptive-renewal capacity obstacle type".With the goal of "weakening the leading obstacle,strengthening the system resilience,and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas",and following the principle of "enhancing the key points and implementing policies in different areas",the paper designs the path to improve the rural production space system resilience in Western Chongqing district: The "adaptive capacity obstacle type" focuses on improving the comprehensive level of land in the whole region and strengthening the rural industrial development planning to design the path of resilience improvement;the "adaptive-renewal capacity obstacle type" focuses on designing a path to improve resilience by unblocking the inner cycle of urban and rural economy and forcing the green transformation of rural industries.
