Research On The Spatio-temporal Evolution Of State-level New Area Based On Space Production

In the new stage of development,my country is facing a new development environment.As a comprehensive functional area that undertakes major national development and reform and opening up strategic tasks,state-level new area should actively adapt to my country’s new development environment.By clarifying the in-depth laws of the temporal and spatial evolution of state-level new area,it is helpful to explore new methods and new paths for high-quality development.State-level new area are the product of national spatial choices moving up from the urban scale to the urban-regional scale under the background of globalization.This can guide capital circulation and the regional redistribution of power.It is a large-scale spatial production strategy.The evolution of time and space is the process of interaction among various elements of power,capital,society and space.Introducing the theory of space production to explain the spatiotemporal evolution process and driving mechanism of the state-level new area,it is easy to distinguish the social interaction behavior of participants and their influence,which may help to formulate space management policies.The research content of this article is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the construction of theoretical research and analysis framework.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between power,capital,society and space,the law of the role of these three elements on space is discussed.Constructed a state-level new area space-time evolution analysis framework based on space production.The framework takes the three major elements of power,capital,and society as the horizontal axis,and the subject and its demands,mechanism of action,and spatial results as the vertical axis.The second part is empirical analysis.After dividing the development of Pudong New Area into three stages based on the perspective of spatial production,the analysis framework is used to study the temporal and spatial evolution process and driving mechanism of each stage.In terms of temporal and spatial evolution,analyze spatial changes such as urban form,spatial structure,and development timing.In the driving mechanism,the power focuses on the analysis of strategic guidance,policy guidance,urban layout and other means.Capital focuses on the use of spatial capitalization and the analysis of the process of capital spatialization.The society reconstructs the social space through population influx,settlement,consumption,etc.The study found that the spacetime evolution of the new area presents the three-stage characteristics of "production logic-consumption logic-innovation logic",which successively experienced power dominance,power capital dominance,and capital dominance.The power shift promotes the shift of spatial production and affects the objective circulation law of capital,while the influence of society on the evolution of time and space is relatively insufficient.The third part is the conclusion and planning response.On the basis of summarizing the phases,effective spatial strategies and spatial problems faced by the Pudong New Area in its temporal and spatial evolution,it makes full use of the production logic of power,capital,and society,and combines the judgment of the spatial reproduction trend of Pudong New Area,and proposes enlightenment for other new areas.The first is the enlightenment of the regulation and control path of spatial production:(1)Optimizing the governance model to clarify the subject boundary;(2)Accurately guiding the capital flow to activate the endogenous power;(3)Actively guiding the society to participate in the planning and preparation.The second is the enlightenment to the space strategy:(1)Construct material space and social space simultaneously;(2)Strengthen the construction of public space to coordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas;(3)Strategic blanks are concentrated in more advantageous areas;(4)Promote the transformation of industrial space to science and innovation space;(5)Utilize cities Big events shape public spaces.This article attempts to clarify the internal logic of power,capital,and society in constructing the space of the state-level new district,and to have a deeper understanding of the laws of the time and space evolution of the state-level new district.And based on this,the planning strategy is put forward in a targeted manner,so that the urban planning strategy can better realize the social and comprehensive value demands.
