| As China enters the middle and later stage of urbanization,the government pays more attention to the intensive utilization of land resources and space.In this context,the balance of urban park layout is particularly important.The nature of urban park is a social public resource with the property of service.In previous studies,people’s needs and the rational layout of space are often ignored,resulting in the phenomenon of unbalanced distribution of urban park.At the same time,the transfer of urbanization stage makes the urban park layout research from "quantity construction" to "quality construction" transformation stage.Therefore,this study hopes to "multi-level,systematic" to build a balanced evaluation index system,and take the main urban area of Chongqing as an example to reflect the balance problems existing in the layout of urban parks,to provide a certain reference for the optimization strategy of urban park layout and other citiesIn view of the above background and research intention,this paper firstly carried out relevant research on domestic and foreign background,summarized the evolution stage of urban park layout research through the research review of POI,equilibrium and urban park layout,and put forward the evaluation framework and technical operation route of equilibrium.Study finally confirmed by "equal quantity,space,fairness,balance between supply and demand and the social justice" these four stages,the urban park equal balance evaluation on quantity index and spatial distribution of equilibrium,matching supply and demand balance and social distribution of equilibrium of the four evaluation level,and on the basis of relevant research literature to determine the levels of specific indicators,operating method and the corresponding equilibrium type.Through the above induction,summary and extraction,build the urban park layout balance evaluation model.The paper takes Nine districts of Chongqing city as the object to carry out empirical research.POI data obtained by Bigemap software,the seventh census data obtained by district governments and urban park construction data were used to construct the research data set.After the data preparation,first to the current situation of urban Kowloon city park construction quantity index equilibrium analysis,in downtown Arc GIS platform nine district space equilibrium analysis,the matching of supply and demand equilibrium analysis and social distribution equilibrium analysis,from the "street district,region," the three spatial level gradually progressive analysis,improve the layout of the balance evaluation under the macroscopic Angle of view.The results show that the overall balance of urban park layout in chongqing is still at a low level,and there are different degrees of mismatch at the regional level and the street level.In terms of quantity equalization,Yuzhong District and Nanan District did not meet the standard requirements;In the aspect of spatial distribution balance,Dadukou District performs better.In terms of balance of supply and demand,the supply strength of urban parks in Beibei District is relatively high.The government should strengthen the construction of urban parks.In terms of social distribution,Yuzhong District shows its attention to the vulnerable groups and its distribution is more balanced.In conclusion,the main urban district,Jiulongpo District,Nanan District,Banan District,Yubei District,Shapingba District and Jiangbei District are defined as Type Ⅰ equilibrium,Dadukou District as Type Ⅱ equilibrium,Beibei District as Type Ⅲequilibrium and Yuzhong District as Type Ⅳ equilibrium.According to the balance types of each district,different balance objectives are determined to optimize the layout of urban parks oriented to the maximum balance.The number of urban parks in each district is determined by K-means clustering,and site selection suggestions and layout optimization suggestions are determined based on the actual situation and detailed planning drawings published by each district in 2021. |
