Research On Micro-renewal Mode Of Public Space In Old Community In Beijing From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Beijing’s urban construction is in the stage of stock development.The old community is an important part of the urban stock resources.The micro-renewal of the public space of the old community is an important starting point for the renewal and reconstruction of the old community.It is imperative to explore a long-term and sustainable collaborative micro-renewal mode of the public space of the old community.Based on the collaborative governance theory,this thesis explores the problems of the public space micro-renewal mode of existing old community,analyzes three typical traditional micro-renewal modes by using the theoretical framework,reflects on the traditional mode through specific practical cases,puts forward the improvement scheme of version 2.0 mode,puts forward the optimization strategy for the public space micro renewal mode of old community in Beijing,and makes an empirical study.Firstly,from the perspective of constructing the four main platforms of Starter,Funder,Participant and Maintainer,this thesis combs out three typical micro-renewal modes:(F+S)enterprise+government mode,(S+P)NPO+resident mode and(P+M)responsible planner+resident.Secondly,it uses the method of analyzing practical cases to reflect on the experience and lessons of the traditional model,improves the traditional model by learning from the practical experience at home and abroad,and constructs the 2.0 version of three typical micro-renewal models.Thirdly,with the goal of improving community capacity,this thesis puts forward the promotion strategies of micro-renewal mode,such as continuously strengthening the supporting role of the government,vigorously developing the third-sector,gradually cultivating residents’ awareness of autonomy,and increasing the evaluation links after micro-renewal.Finally,taking Xi Bahe 202 community,Tai Yanggong Prefecture,Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example,the(F+S)enterprise+government model version 2.0 is verified by constructing a micro-renewal scheme.
