| Intelligent technology has been widely used in life. However, the development of science and technology such as the Internet of things forces the elderly shopping activities to face intelligent challenges. As a kind of common shopping vehicle, home shopping cart can make up for the physical weakness of elderly users, but it is difficult to meet the needs of further intelligent information services.Facing the diverse needs of the elderly group,we can explore the design path under the dual trend of intelligent home shopping cart and aging service from an inclusive perspective,so as to help the elderly users gradually adapt to and accept the offline smart shopping experience and obtain a convenient and smooth feeling in the experience process. This paper mainly does the following four aspects:Firstly,it arranges the inclusive design theory and design principles. The design elements and methods are also summarized. It also expounds the significance of interaction oriented design. On the premise of aging design principle, the aging design goal from the perspective of inclusiveness is put forward.Secondly, this paper studies the elderly users of household intelligent shopping cart, which extracts the target user requirements according to the characteristics of elderly users. Also,it provides case studies of market shopping vehicles and digital interfaces. This paper obtains their aging design elements. Then, based on the inclusive design principle of household intelligent shopping cart, this paper puts forward the adaptive aging information interaction model of household intelligent shopping cart from the perspective of inclusiveness. The design strategy of home intelligent shopping cart is carried out from four aspects: function, form, interaction and information. Finally, under the guidance of the design strategy, this paper completes the system construction of the functional structure and information architecture of the home smart shopping cart. Then the design practice of product and digital interface is carried out. This paper verifies the effectiveness of the practice and strategy through inclusive evaluation and subjective and objective evaluation. |
