| In recent years,the automotive industry has been developing at a rapid pace.At the market level,smart cars are gradually being understood and accepted by the public;the intelligent network connection of cars has improved driving safety and enabled users to have richer in-car activities,making the car cabin tend to become an intelligent mobile space.At the user level,with the continuous improvement of social and economic status,female drivers are increasing year by year,and the proportion of female car consumption is on the rise;as powerful buyers in the car consumption market,women’s consumption concept and consumption behavior are constantly shaping a new market.Although the existing smart cars take into account some of the needs of female users,they fail to fully consider the car scenarios and needs of women.With the rapid development of the automotive consumer market,it is especially important to pay attention to the needs of female users and carry out intelligent product differentiation innovation.As a leading international mobile travel technology company,DESAY SV has been focusing on the field of automotive intelligence and keeping up with the industry trend of travel change.Considering the development prospect of intelligent cockpits and the needs of female users,the project team of female cockpits was formed.The project is oriented to the results of business insights,centered on user experience,and based on the needs of female users with cars,the project is designed with product innovation.The author worked as a UX designer in the team,and this paper mainly describes the thoughts and ideas of the author during the five-month product innovation design and research work.In this paper,the research and practice of intelligent cockpit interaction design is carried out from the perspective of women’s car scenarios.In the user demand analysis stage,we sorted out the target users’ car scenarios by establishing a full-chain car scenario map,analyzed the user demand from the perspective of scenario statistics,and summarized the six car scenarios that female users are highly concerned about.The car scenes that female users are highly concerned about.Secondly,we conducted brainstorming based on the results of user scenario demand analysis,and produced several product concept solutions in the form of storyboards;we evaluated the feasibility of product concepts with the help of RWW model,and determined product design refinement and development priorities.Finally,based on the results of user research and market research,a smart cockpit product solution was designed to meet the needs of female users of cars.This paper provides an idea and method of user requirement analysis that can be applied in the smart cockpit product innovation design project;the full-link car scenario map and product concept design storyboard used and produced in it can be used as the basis and reference for subsequent innovation.At the same time,the intelligent cockpit product function innovation,BEAUTY product instrument beauty mirror,soul rest station,beauty record officer and other functions integrated cockpit software and hardware services,to ensure driving safety under the premise of helping women in the car to successfully complete the beauty and other related self-pleasing behavior,from the perspective of user experience to expand the female car scene,for women in the car life in a new way to provide possibilities.At present,BEAUTY product innovation design work is basically completed,has been assessed by the company into the product algorithm development stage.The author has carried out user testing from the design first perspective,and the conclusions drawn from it will be used to improve and refine the current product design. |
