The problem of human is the core of an enterprise,and the development of an enterprise cannot be separated from human.From the development of physical resources to mental resources,a person’s brain is working or not only him or her knows.The effectiveness of pushing employees to do high-quality work through traditional supervision and pressure is rapidly diminishing.In the highly competitive environment,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,retain talents,the incentive policies of enterprises and the subjective initiative of employees play a pivotal role.This paper takes Guangdong Hongtai Blasting Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the research object,takes the foreign and domestic classic employee incentive theories as the theoretical basis,combines the characteristics of the engineering blasting industry,research and optimize the company’s employee incentive mechanism.Firstly,it discusses the research background and its significance,and sorts out the basic status and research results of motivation theory.Secondly,this paper expounds the existing employee incentive mechanism of Hongtai Company,conducts a survey and analysis of employee incentive mechanism satisfaction,and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.Thirdly,in view of the problems existing in the company’s incentive mechanism in performance appraisal,employee benefits,career planning,employee training,etc.,an optimization and improvement plan is proposed from three aspects:material incentives,spiritual incentives and work incentives.including improving the performance appraisal system,creating a corporate incentive culture,and optimizing the employee training system,etc.measure.In the end,propose three specific steps and five safeguard measures to implement the optimization plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,and predict the positive impact on all aspects of the enterprise after implementation.Through the research and analysis of the employee incentive mechanism of Guangdong Hongtai Blasting Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the research on employee incentives in the engineering blasting industry and small and medium-sized enterprises can be further enriched.This paper predicts that after the implementation of the new incentive plan,it can enhance the external and internal driving force of Hongtai employees,improve the enthusiasm of employees,further optimize the talent team of the enterprise,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
