With the continuous emergence of new products and the rapid advancement of economic globalization,the living environment of auto companies has undergone tremendous changes.Consumers have higher and higher demands for product individuation and reliability.Product quality,as a company’s market competitiveness in the face of environmental changes,has become a guarantee for companies to achieve rapid market occupation and reputation.The performance of product quality is often controlled by many aspects of the manufacturing unit or even the whole process manufacturing process.Each manufacturing unit and manufacturing station are individuals that determine the performance of product quality.Only by controlling each individual in the manufacturing process can the final quality of products be guaranteed.This article takes an automobile manufacturing company in Hunan as the object,analyzes the quality management problems that occur in the manufacturing process of the company,proposes targeted improvement measures,and studies the construction of a full-process manufacturing quality management system to achieve all manufacturing.The overall quality assurance of the unit achieves the quality control of each link in the product manufacturing process.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through literature research and analysis,the status quo of quality management research at home and abroad and the status quo of quality management in the automobile industry are sorted out and elaborated,the basic concepts and requirements of the whole process quality management are summarized,and the "PDCA" cycle theory is introduced,which provides theoretical guidance for the study of this paper.(2)In view of the current manufacturing process quality status and existing problems,and design the whole process quality management implementation plan of an automobile manufacturing company in Hunan,studied the whole process of quality management and enterprise production plan,the correlation of yield rate has been clear about the logical relationship,to complete the whole process of quality management system planning and determine the whole process of quality management system of the implementation of the strategy.The whole process quality management system can enable enterprises to gain value-added manufacturing process capacity improvement and efficient delivery level,greatly reduce the manufacturing cost,and then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.(3)Based on the connotation of manufacturing process each link quality control,combined with the technological characteristic of manufacturing unit analysis method,analyzes the manufacturing location for manufacturing process capability indices,the influence of manufacturing process layered audit model,analysis the green workstation certification is an important means of quality assurance implementation process,according to the process quality assurance degree definition for green workstation,using 20 working procedure,improve the capacity from the process quality,ergonomics,quality,cost analysis,process evaluation and continuous improvement of Angle were studied and optimized improvement.It can be seen from the comparison of the quality assurance level of the improved process,which the self-assurance ability of the improved process has been significantly improved,and all abnormal phenomena caused by human instability have been eliminated.According to the evaluation standard of the staff acquisition degree of green workstation,the paper introduces the implementation content of the staff acquisition degree management in the enterprise in detail from the four aspects of the ten human error factors,the training management process,the prevention before the post and the evaluation in the post.The personnel acquisition degree management standardizes the consistency of the operation layer standardization,improves the effectiveness of personnel autonomous error prevention,reduces the process fluctuation caused by personnel differences,and effectively reduces the phenomenon of quality loss.(4)Using institutionalized layered audit requirements,established an on-site audit problem improvement model from a modular and hierarchical perspective,analyzed common pain points in the enterprise self-inspection process,discovered the bottleneck of the problem improvement process,and proposed a solidification strategy for the bottleneck.In the end,accurate audit standards,detailed audit content,reliable verification procedures,cyclical improvement methods are formed,and an audit model that conforms to the actual situation is established.The continuous implementation of layered audit can prevent problems in advance and put forward the corresponding efficient improvement plan,which is not only conducive to the implementation of the whole process quality management of enterprises,but also can effectively reduce the cost of process management.Based on the "PDCA" cycle theory of quality management,aiming at the current quality management problems of an automobile manufacturing company in Hunan,combined with the advanced management experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward relevant improvement measures,plans and constructs a whole process quality management system suitable for the development of the company.The research work has certain practical significance and reference value.
