| More than one-third of people in China have different degrees of sleep disorders,and while the people are plagued by sleep problems,they also lack the awareness of sleep problems and the attention to sleep health.With the rapid development of the sleep economy and the wide application of technologies such as Intelligent Interconnection Of Things,the smart sleep service market is transitioning from traditional bedding products to diversified services with sleep scenarios as the carrier.The form of intelligent systems supports the transformation of the smart sleep service industry,but there is a serious homogenization phenomenon in smart sleep service products in the current market.Therefore,it is necessary to tap the sleep needs of users in traditional sleep scenarios,provide innovative service solutions,and increase users’ recognition and loyalty to smart sleep services.Scenario-based design has been widely adopted as a service research design method,but there are limitations in existing research on the type of sleep scenario problem and there is a lack of guidance on the research and principles of smart sleep service design methods.Therefore,this thesis carries out a study on the service design method in sleep scenarios,using contextual elements as a theoretical tool for scenario analysis and design,and evaluating the service utility in sleep scenarios through the establishment of and prototype design of smart sleep scenarios service.In the second chapter,this thesis investigates and analyzes smart sleep service,scenario design,and contextual elements theory.Based on the user experience design method,this thesis summarizes five design principles guiding the construction of sleep services.According to the characteristics of sleep activity,this thesis defines four types of contextual elements in sleep scenarios and constructs a sleep scenario design strategy based on recognition-trigger-feedback path according to the relationship between the elements.Meanwhile,this thesis proposes a sleep scenario analysis and service design method based on contextual elements,deconstructs the scenario problem through contextual elements,applies the design strategy to organize the role relationship of the elements,and establishes an innovative smart sleep service scenario.In the third chapter,this thesis applies the above-mentioned method to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data obtained in the survey,conclude three typical scenarios for the types of sleep problems,excavate the sleep contextual elements and role relationships,and analyze users’ needs in sleep scenarios.In the fourth chapter,in view of the sleep scenario problem,this thesis uses design strategies derived from contextual elements relationship and reconstructs smart sleep service scenario at the system level,namely: sleep rhythm management,women’s menstrual care,daytime activity management.Meanwhile,this thesis sorts out the design points in the scenario service and restores the service experience process through the interaction design,visual design and prototype design.In the fifth chapter,this thesis carries out service evaluation and experience test through prototype usability experiment in the simulated sleep scenarios,and iterative optimization of the design scheme through feedback results.The feasible path and effectiveness of the sleep scenario analysis and service design method based on contextual elements are also verified,and the final design scheme is output.In conclusion,this thesis focuses on the sleep scenario analysis and service design methods based on contextual elements,and explores and verifies them in the design practice.The innovations of this thesis lie in the proposed sleep scenario analysis and service design method based on contextual elements,the extraction of three types of typical sleep scenario problems based on contextual elements analysis method,and the realization of prototype design of smart sleep scenario service experience based on contextual design strategy.The framework of this research and design has strong compatibility,which can provide design processes and methods that can be borrowed for subsequent research and applications in this field. |
