Research On The Transformation Method Of Sichuan-Shu Style And Characteristic Homestays In Chengdu Area

At present,China’s economy has continued to grow steadily for a long time,the people’s material living standards have been greatly improved,and the demand for spiritual life has gradually increased.The main way that people enjoy spiritual life and achieve self "liberation".Homestays,as a new type of accommodation business with small investment scale,simple operation and management,and obvious regional characteristics,emerged just in the wave of people going out for sightseeing and vacations.Unfortunately,due to the lack of market management constraints and theoretical guidance related to the transformation of homestays,coupled with the influx of a large amount of commercial capital resulting in the disorderly expansion of homestays,the homestay industry as a whole presents many problems such as low-quality design,serious homogeneity,and lack of regional characteristics.The problem has caused irreversible damage to the regional culture and traditional value carried by the homestay building.Chengdu,as an area with distinctive regional traditional culture(Sichuan and Shu style),but the renovation of homestays is still in the exploratory stage.There are a large number of old and idle buildings and traditional dwellings that need to be protected and renewed through architectural renovation.Under the background of the "crazy and disorderly" expansion of homestays,it is of great practical significance to explore the regional transformation methods of homestays in Chengdu from the style of Sichuan and Sichuan.The full text is divided into six chapters and consists of four main parts: background research on topic selection,basic theoretical research,applied theoretical research and practical verification research.The first chapter is the background research of the topic.It mainly discusses the research background,research object and research scope,and clarifies the research purpose and significance.Combined with the existing homestay renovation,old building renewal,regional design and related theoretical research on regional architecture in Sichuan and Sichuan,the research results and ideas that can be used for reference are analyzed and summarized to assist the research of this paper,and finally the main frame of the research is clarified.The second chapter is the basic theoretical research.It mainly discusses the basic knowledge of homestay architecture,such as the origin and development of homestays,the definition of homestays,the types of homestays,the functional divisions and basic characteristics of homestays,etc.Combined with theoretical research on building renovations,it proposes corresponding homestay renovations for the following sections.The method lays the groundwork for the theory.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are applied theoretical research.In the third chapter,the author obtained first-hand information through field research,questionnaire surveys and face-to-face interviews to analyze the development status of homestays in Chengdu and the main problems they faced.The fourth chapter,based on the five elements of the Sichuan-Shu style,puts forward the corresponding transformation principles and overall space transformation methods of the Sichuan-Shu style and characteristic homestays.The fifth chapter details the reconstruction method of the B&B building space with the characteristics of Sichuan and Sichuan,which is divided into the renovation method of the external space of the B&B and the renovation method of the internal space of the B&B.The sixth chapter is the practice verification research.The author selects an idle residential building in Sansheng Township Resort,Jinjiang District,Chengdu to carry out the renovation of Sichuan-Shu style homestays to verify the theoretical and methodological research in the previous article.By comparing the effects before and after the renovation of the homestay,it is verified that the reconstruction method of the Sichuan-Shu style and characteristic homestay in Chengdu is feasible,and it has a certain guiding and reference effect for the follow-up homestay renovation in Chengdu.
