Research On The Public Space Evaluation System Of Old Communities In Jinan From The Perspective Of Residents' Healt

The new coronavirus emergency in 2020 has brought great changes and challenges to the urban environment,and human awareness of public health has begun to strengthen.Among the public health issues that the public pays more attention to,medical level,environmental pollution,diet safety,and climate warming are still hot topics,but the subtle influence of public space on People’s Daily health behavior is ignored.As the basic unit in the city and an important part of the public space in the city,the old community is difficult to meet the daily normal use and health needs of residents.As the epitome of our country’s important development period,the old community has certain particularity.At present,domestic research on the correlation between public space and residents’ health in old communities is still in its infancy,so it is of practical significance to pay attention to the quality of public space and residents’ health in old communities and improve urban quality.Based on the public space of the old community,this paper puts forward the universal method and practice attempt to the public space of the old community from the perspective of residents’ health.This paper analyzes related concepts of public space and residents’ health in old communities,summarizes relevant standards and systems of healthy communities at home and abroad,and explores the correlation between public space and residents’ health in old communities.Taking the public space of the old communities in Jinan City as the research object,this paper summarizes the classification of the old communities in Jinan City,selects the old communities that can represent Jinan city,takes the representatives of different types of old communities as the main research object,adopts the PSPL survey method,determines the specific direction of renewal and carries out a combined investigation and analysis.According to the PSPL research law,the research of public life and public space are taken as the main entry point.On the one hand,it conducts subjective research on the status quo,types and characteristics of public space use in different old communities;on the other hand,it conducts objective research on the individual health conditions of residents,the contents and types of daily health behaviors and activities,the health needs of residents and the basic characteristics of population composition.Based on the data obtained from the survey,this paper summarizes and analyzes the residents’ enthusiasm for daily health activities,reflects the residents’ health status,content of health activities and health characteristics,and summarizes the impact of environmental quality of public space in old communities on residents’ health behaviors and the related needs of public space and residents’ health.Finally,by summarizing the survey results of PSPL into two aspects of spatial type index and resident type index and combining with relevant national standards,the preliminary index screening is carried out.SPSS factor analysis method is used for secondary screening of indicators and the dimensions are divided,Delphi expert consultation method is used for quantitative scoring and AHP is used to establish the framework of the health evaluation system of the old community.Six dimensions,including health transportation,health facilities,health services,health,health space,and healthy living,are used to construct the index system framework and 30 index layers.At the same time,according to the contents of the health evaluation system of the old community,the grade of health evaluation of the old community is determined with the advice of experts.The health level of the old community was divided into five levels: very healthy,healthy,sub-healthy,unhealthy and very unhealthy.Finally,the health evaluation of the surveyed old communities was carried out,and strategies were proposed to update the public space of the old communities in three aspects of residents’ physical health,mental health and social behavior health,so as to prevent and promote residents’ health behaviors and improve their health level.Based on the material conditions of public space and residents’ health in old communities,the paper further considers the problems caused by health on public space and residents’ health in old communities under the changing times,so as to provide certain reference and inspiration for public space and residents’ health in old communities.
