The Research On Applicability Of WELL Building Standard In Commercial Architecture Design

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standard,people pay more and more attention to the health problems and construction environment in life,more systematic and in-depth study of the link between health and architecture.It is particularly urgent to reduce the adverse effect of building environment on human body through reasonable architectural design and management.Healthy buildings must be developed to ensure the health of buildings.The WELL building standard is the most influential architectural evaluation standard in the world to pay attention to the health and well-being of people in the building environment.Currently,China’s construction industry mainly implements the green building evaluation standard,but in the green building focuses on the relationship between building environment and energy consumption,less attention to the building environment and human health has been unable to meet the residents’ growing desire for health.It is imperative to carry out the transformation and upgrading of building standard to help the improvement and improvement of Chinese healthy building evaluation standard.This paper reviewed the healthy construction development present situation,introduced the domestic and international health building evaluation standard——LEEDV4,Fitwel certification,RESET the healthy indoor standard,T/CECS462-2017《Health Housing Evaluation standard》,T/ASC02-2016《Health Building Evaluation standard》.This paper introduces WELL building standards,mainly elaborates its development history,certification classification and characteristics,certification system and foreign certification examples.Comparative analysis was used to compare with LEEDV4 and the healthy building evaluation criteria,to summarize the applicability of WELL building standards in China,in order to further explore the health building evaluation criteria suitable for China’s national conditions,it has played a certain positive role.In the end,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the C seat of Hangzhou ocean international center.From the eight evaluation levels of air,water,nutrition,light,fitness,comfort and spirit,and innovation,we discuss the application methods and reference value of WELL building standards for our office buildings.It is expected to provide theoretical basis and reference strategy for the study of contemporary healthy architecture design.WELL building standards have rich content,and are introduced to domestic,in 2015,the current Chinese language materials is less,the domestic related research is still in its infancy,and also a lot of research have to stay on the understanding of the evaluation standard,based on the application of WELL building standards’ research have certain forward-looking.
