| With the rapid development of China’s cities,the expanding population and the increasing urbanization rate,fire accidents of various types of buildings have become increasingly frequent.Due to various reasons,the construction of fire-fighting facilities is not synchronized with the economic development and construction,and the building layout and fire resistance rating need to be further improved for the existing buildings.When an accident happens,it will make the fire spread quickly and bring additional damage.It has become the common pursuit of project managers to ensure the safe operation of fire protection projects by taking accurate risk control measures and other related risk control measures,so as to achieve the best comprehensive effect.In this paper,the fire engineering management is taken as the research object,and the concept,characteristics,meaning of risk control and ways to control these factors are expounded.And will conduct empirical research with specific cases.By studying related literature and referring to WBS work breakdown structure,the scope of risk indicators is determined.Prepare a questionnaire and invite industry experts to conduct questionnaire research to confirm the risk identification list.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of various risk indicators by FAHP,LP matrix analysis and radar chart method,a secondary fuzzy matrix of risk indicators is constructed,which is used to evaluate the risk weight of five links,including fire control chart review stage,project construction stage,project completion acceptance stage,project handover stage and project maintenance stage.Finally,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of each stage,the key risk indicators that need attention are confirmed,and the necessary related measures are put forward according to their risk sources.Through the comprehensive evaluation of various methods,the potential risks in the project can be better identified,and at the same time,the key risk sources that should be particularly strengthened are clearly defined.In view of these risk factors,this paper gives corresponding solutions,establishes the guarantee mechanism of risk management and control,ensures the effective implementation of the risk management of fire fighting construction in this project,formulates a series of effective coping strategies,and actively adopts effective risk monitoring measures in combination with the current complex environment to minimize the occurrence of potential risks and improve the level and ability of risk management and control of fire fighting projects. |
