The development and construction of agro-ecological park has made rapid progress, and also has made significant economic, ecological and social benefits. Due to the large investment and long period of construction, the ecological park project is likely to be affected by some unknown adverse factors. In this case, the project risk management becomes an important link in the construction of the project. This paper first studies and analyzes the current state of project risk management at home and abroad. Concludes and hackles crespond theoreths and common methods of it. Then, taking the Ziyun Villa Ecological Park Project as the research object, based on its basic status, this paper has developed a project risk management method, and puts forward a detailed management plan aiming at it. The Ziyun Villa Ecological Park Project implements its effectful risk management basded on it. Step one, this paper uses the WBS decomposition method for risk identification, and analyzes the identification results. Step two, this paper makes risk assessment of every risk factors identified in the step one, using the AHP methods, and analyzes the main risk factors of the project, establishes a dynamic risk monitoring system. Finally, combining the actual situation of the Ziyun Villa Ecological Park Project, this paper comes to a reasonable risk response measures and builds a corresponding dynamic monitor system of the major risk factors for the project. From the implementation process of risk management of Ziyun Villa Ecological Park Project, it can seen that the the risk management methodes and measures avanced in this paper has a higher practical value and significance.
