Buildings Research On Public Art Intervention In The Landscape Space Design Of Chuxian Village In Weihai

The acceleration of urbanization has enabled people to fully enjoy the conveniences of modern life.However,disorder or overdevelopment has caused some villages to gradually lose their original features,and contradictions and problems such as the loss of local culture and the destruction of natural environment have gradually emerged.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed for the first time the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy;The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress pointed out that rural revitalization should be carried out comprehensively;In 2022,the No.1 Central document issued the "Launch and Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Plan for Cultural Industry Empowerment".The national level attaches great importance to the development of rural landscape construction,and requires the sustainable and coordinated development of rural culture,ecology and life while pursuing industrial development.Through investigation,the design and practice of public art’s involvement in rural landscape space are mostly concentrated in characteristic industrial villages and traditional cultural villages with good foundation.Although there are relevant studies on design theory and practice,they are still in the exploratory stage.Combining rural culture,ecology and landscape through the form of public art,highlighting local China in the rural revitalization strategy,building rural modernization,and rebuilding rural spiritual homeland are topics worth studying at present.Based on the above background,this paper establishes the research direction of public art’s involvement in rural landscape design practice.This paper focuses on the relevant research background of rural landscape,summarizes the research objectives and significance of public art’s intervention in rural landscape space,and analyzes the current research status in this field at home and abroad.Through literature review method and case study method,the basic theory about the relationship between public art and rural landscape space is sorted out.Based on these theoretical studies,this paper analyzes the elements of rural landscape space from the perspective of public art,and discusses the basic principles that public art should follow when intervening in the design of rural landscape space.In practice,on the basis of in-depth research,the landscape space of Chuxian village in Weihai was updated and designed.Through theoretical and practical research,we should inherit and promote rural culture by means of public art intervention,explore the humanistic spirit and moral norms in farming culture,create a public space of rural culture and art,and achieve a livable environment for villagers.From the perspective of public art,this paper analyzes the natural landscape and historical humanistic elements of rural landscape.Following the design principles of regionalism,ecological protection,participation and artistry,and balancing the multiple relations between art,life,ecology and commerce,the paper conducts an in-depth study on the design expression methods of public art’s intervention in rural Spaces such as living space,production space and ecological space,and puts forward new thoughts on how public art can enable rural revitalization.The research significance of this paper lies in the deep integration of rural landscape and environment through the intervention of public art,providing suggestions for the practice of public art for the revitalization and development of rural areas,and providing relevant guidance for the development of similar rural areas,and providing reference for the intervention of public art in rural landscape space in the future.
