In the field of industrial design,intelligent design and cost control is a major trend in the development of intelligent product design and development.It is important to ensure that the product quality is over-qualified while avoiding cost wastage,and to apply the complete whole life cycle management design process to actual intelligent product design cases,so that the cost composition of each stage can be analysed and unnecessary cost outputs can be reduced or avoided in the design process.Applying the concepts of cost optimisation and full product lifecycle to smart product design and development not only allows for strict control of product cost and quality,but also allows for systematic and effective design management of the design process.The research on the development of intelligent product design under the full life cycle of cost optimisation is a system development for the product design process and an enhancement of the management model.This study focuses on the whole product life cycle as the main axis,the concept of cost optimisation intervenes in all stages of the whole life cycle,by analysing the costs of the product in all stages of the whole life cycle,obtaining a logical relationship between cost analysis and product design,substituting this logical relationship into the whole design development process and obtaining new design ideas.The advantages are data heritability,intelligent product design and development,and product cost optimisation development.This paper examines the concept of cost management in industrial design,the concept of full lifecycle management under traditional compared to full lifecycle management under cost optimization,and the system development of intelligent and innovative design of its products,making the content of intelligent product design and manufacturing services management of full lifecycle under cost optimization,as follows:Through understanding the knowledge background and literature review,the product design architecture and its operation model are compared between product design in the traditional sense and full lifecycle under cost optimisation;the accounting process of Activities-Based Cost method is explored in depth;the feasibility of the full lifecycle concept under cost optimisation in product intelligent manufacturing is illustrated through the comparative analysis of actual design cases.This study provides insight into how to effectively control costs in smart product design and development,and apply cost optimisation methods to predict and control costs at each stage.We dig deeper into the methods for effective cost control at each stage in the full life cycle,from user research to product post-sales,and use the full product life cycle as a guide to test the cost optimisation performance of the constructs and models through the development and optimisation of real design cases to achieve a product design with optimal cost and quality.The paper also validates the development process of smart product design under cost-optimised full lifecycle,demonstrating the significant results achieved in design practice,on the basis of which the content of cost-optimised full lifecycle smart product design and manufacturing services management is formulated. |
