| With the continuous development of our economy and the rapid popularization of Internet technology people’s way of life has undergone tremendous changes.This change is particularly prominent among college students,who tend to buy online and have increasingly high requirements on the quality of commercial service space.However,the existing layout mode of university campus commercial service space has been unable to meet the current demand.Therefore,based on the above background,this thesis proposes corresponding solutions to the problems faced by the layout of commercial service space on university campuses.This study firstly sorted out and summarized the relevant research on the layout of commercial service space in domestic and foreign universities,and then concluded and summarized the similarities and differences of different historical periods of commercial service space in Chinese university campus,the influencing factors of commercial service space configuration in university campus,and the comparison of commercial service space in the residential community.Secondly,the campus commercial service space of five typical universities in different locations of Jinan City is selected as the main research object,and space syntax and its theory,heat map analysis,survey questionnaire,AHP and other tools are applied.Through literature method,field research method,comparative analysis method,interdisciplinary analysis method,qualitative and quantitative combination method,simulation analysis method and other research methods,this thesis analyzes and studies the spatial layout of commercial services in these five universities.It concludes that there are some problems in the commercial service space of university campus,such as different needs of different types of schools,unreasonable planning and layout,low accessibility of transportation network,low vitality of boundary space,and not rich types of commercial business.It is also proposed to set up commercial service space due to the school heterogeneity,adopt the layout method of multipoint centralized linear penetration through scattered points,improve the rationality of the service radius of commercial service space,make reasonable use of boundary space,allocate campus commercial service space according to demand,exert the aggregation effect of commercial activities on campus,improve the corresponding management system,apply new information technology and other commercial service space on campus Layout optimization and promotion strategy.Finally,taking Shandong Jianzhu University as an example,the current campus commercial service space layout optimization to do research design.This study is helpful to improve the theories related to the construction of commercial service space on campus,effectively optimize the current layout of commercial service space on campus and provide effective guidance for the subsequent layout of commercial service space on campus,so as to make the campus commercial service space more convenient for teachers and students to use,meet more needs,and improve the quality of life of teachers and students. |
