Study On The Spatial Design Innovation Of Traditional Dwellings In Lunan Area Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

With the modernization of society,the traditional rural residential space is plagued by the problems of lack of function,improper protection and homogenization.With the promotion and implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,it is urgent to improve the development status of traditional dwellings.As one of the representatives of traditional dwellings in Shandong Province,the traditional dwellings in Lunan area have important social and aesthetic values for inheriting and promoting regional culture and exploring innovative modes of dwelling space design.It is against this background that this thesis takes the theoretical research on the innovation of traditional residential space design in the Lunan region as a starting point,and seeks to find feasible methods for the renewal of rural residential design in design practice through the design practice of traditional residential space in Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City.In order to solve the problems in the development of traditional residential space design and improve the design practice scheme,the author composes the relevant domestic and foreign literature in the pre-design stage and draws experience from the excellent cases of traditional residential space design.It is under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy that this thesis fully researches and organizes the development status,historical heritage,natural resources and other real conditions of the design base.From the perspective of design,it analyzes the historical and cultural value,ecological protection value,economic construction value and design aesthetics value of traditional residential houses in Guanqiao Town,and provides a theoretical basis and reference cases for the research on the innovation of traditional residential space design in Guanqiao Town.This paper is divided into six parts: Chapter 1 is the introductory part,which systematically elaborates the background,purpose,current situation of domestic and foreign research,significance,innovation points as well as research content and framework of this selected topic,and proposes to create a new residential space under the rural revitalization strategy,taking the inheritance of regional cultural connotation as the starting point,and conducts innovative research on the function,form,material,cultural connotation and aesthetic value of traditional residential space;Chapter 2 analyzes and researches the current situation of traditional residential space design in the Lunan area under the rural revitalization strategy,summarizes and organizes the relevant concepts,maps the layout of different types of residential houses in the Lunan area in the field,and compiles the relevant experiences and shortcomings of traditional residential space design transformation through the study and analysis of excellent cases,which provides a reference for the next traditional residential space design innovation;Chapter 3 The current situation of the development of traditional dwellings in the project base location is studied and organized,the background profile of traditional dwellings in Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City is analyzed,the natural geographical conditions and historical and cultural conditions of Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City are summarized,the history of local traditional dwellings,folk customs are sorted out,the types,structure and spatial layout of traditional dwellings in Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City are organized and field mapping is conducted,and the local traditional dwellings’ Chapter 4 analyzes the current situation and problems of the residential space in Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City,and proposes the principles of localization,symbiosis of old and new,spatial diversity and rural revitalization for the renovation of the residential houses,and the design and renewal of Guanqiao traditional residential houses by using the law of formal beauty,the method of organic renewal and the method of humanization.In the fifth chapter,we analyze the current situation of the design base,analyze and organize the concept,target and positioning of the traditional residential space design,sort out the excellent traditional culture and natural conditions represented by Banmo culture,extract the characteristic symbols from the local traditional residential forms,history and culture and local customs according to the theory of semiotics,and take the concept of symbiosis of old and new as the concept.We propose new requirements for the design and transformation of traditional residential spaces,update the interior and exterior materials required for the design and construction of residential spaces,and preserve the characteristic structures and spatial forms of traditional residential spaces.Discard the spaces that cannot meet the needs of modern life,study and work.With the concept of organic renewal to improve the overall layout,the overall design and planning of the evolution of architectural forms,the planning layout of residential spaces,the selection of indoor and outdoor materials for residential houses,the color matching of spaces,the lighting conditions and the positioning of people are carried out,and the design of each space is completed and the effects are displayed at the same time.Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper,which summarizes the theory and practice of the innovation of the traditional residential space design in the Lunan area,taking Guanqiao Town of Tengzhou City as an example,and reflects on and looks forward to the shortcomings of the research.To sum up,this thesis analyzes the correlation between rural revitalization strategy and traditional residential space design in the context of rural revitalization strategy,researches and composes the strategies,principles and methods of traditional residential space design in the Lunan area by combining the relevant theories of semiotics,design aesthetics and sociology,and analyzes and researches the design and protection of traditional residential space through the practice of traditional residential space design in Guanqiao Town of Tengzhou City.Through the design practice of traditional residential space in Guanqiao Town,Tengzhou City,we analyze and study the new ideas of traditional residential space design and protection,and provide feasible design methods for traditional residential space design innovation.
