Research On The Design Of Landscape Regeneration Of Brownfields In River Beach Under The Context Of Urban Renewal ——Taking Qingbaijiang Industrial Canal Section In Chengdu As An Example

As the origin of urban culture and civilization development,people have been asking for more space from waterfront since ancient times.Meanwhile,waterfront space is also one of the most rapid and complex spaces of urban development.With the rapid development of urban economy,the rapid popularization of ecological civilization construction ideas and the gradual improvement of urban residents’ personal environmental protection awareness,it can be seen that traditional industrial cities have started to promote the transformation of urban economy,which gradually changes from "consumptive" industrial areas to "sustainable" development areas,so as to solve the problems,such as the shortage of young labor force,brain drain and environmental damage in traditional industrial areas.As for the research content of this paper,it is based on the landscape regeneration of beach brownfield site as a special land in the context of urban renewal,which is carried out through the common guidance of core theories and project practice related to urban renewal,beach brownfield site and landscape regeneration in multi-disciplinary fields,as well as the combination of the theoretical research situation at home and abroad,and the experience summary of classic case analysis.The research practice of the subject content is based on the urban beach brownfield sites in Qingbai river District,Chengdu City.According to onsite visit and investigation,it combs and summarizes the relevant literature of the beach brownfield sites.By taking the site condition as the design basis,urban renewal as the design background and landscape regeneration as the design theory,it conceives the design theme of "death" and "life" within three kilometers of Qingbai river Memory.Besides,it puts forward the design strategy of urban catalyst point,urban growth line and urban symbiosis surface through the theory of adjusting measures to local conditions,the theory of short-term and long-term design,the theory of landscape continuity,the theory of landscape heterogeneity,the theory of landscape culture and the theory of landscape safety.Under the guidance of the design strategy,it carries out the landscape design and regeneration of the water space,soil environment,plant planting,architectural design,sketch design and intelligent system construction in the research target area.Finally,it completes the design goal of solving urban diseases of urban beach brownfield site as well as creating healthy and ecological urban space.The purpose of this kind of landscape management and regeneration research that is in line with the contemporary urban economic transformation and development as well as urban ecological environment construction is to create comfortable neighborhood space,beautiful waterfront interface,diverse urban space in the urban area.On the basis of rich urban waterfront landscape experience,it can also solve many problems,such as urban water pollution,insufficient urban green space rate,insufficient urban leisure space and so on.According to the landscape regeneration design of beach brownfield site under urban renewal theory,it tries to explore a road of landscape regeneration with Chinese characteristics,which can provide relevant reference for landscape management and landscape regeneration of urban beach brownfield site in China.
