| Due to the urbanization construction,the population surge and the rapid development of rail transit,the number of people taking the subway is increasing,which increases the passenger flow load of the subway space.Passengers also face many disadvantages and inconveniences when taking the subway.Such as the structure of subway station is complex;the identification of passenger information is chaotic;the traffic peak is congested;the ride is inconvenient,and the coverage of Metro information facilities is not comprehensive.What’s more,the design of Metro guidance information is mainly presented in the form of vision,and there is a lack of means of expression at present.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the design of Metro guidance system.This study analyzed the research status of Metro guidance system at home and abroad,and summarized the imperfections in the existing research results.Firstly,from the perspective of passenger users,this paper studied the current situation of subway passengers’ acceptance of guidance information,took cognitive behavior theory,path finding theory and Maslow demand theory as the theoretical basis,and proposed a visual and multi-sensory aided design method to optimize the design of guidance system in combination with emotional design and general design concept.Secondly,this paper analyzed and innovated the actual subway guidance information system by taking humanistic care as the starting point,so as to make it meet the use needs of the passenger group to the greatest extent,enhance the communication of the guidance information and optimize the route to finding efficiency of passengers.And then,by taking humanistic care as the starting point,this paper analyzed and innovated the actual subway guidance information system,so as to make it meet the use needs of the passengers to the greatest extent,and enhance the communication of the guidance information and optimize the route-finding efficiency of passengers.Focusing on visual sensory design,the visual design and system layout of guidance information were improved by using the unity and difference of color,the effectiveness of text communication,the interest of graphic guidance,the effective range of human visual angle,the guidance of the optimal route and the combination of light and guidance.What’s more,according to the needs of special groups,the auxiliary design of tactile,auditory and other sensory systems was added to optimize and innovate the subway guidance system,so as to improve the subway guidance information,strengthen the communication of guidance and meet the needs of different groups at the same time.Finally,the design practice was carried out and the visual design of subway guidance information through field investigation and sampling analysis and taking Chengdu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,which based on that interest is demonstrated.in order to improve the problems existing in the communication of subway guidance information and strengthen the embodiment of its value.This was to improve the problems existing in the dissemination of Metro guidance information and strengthen the embodiment of its value.Through the research on the cognitive psychology and behavioral needs of passengers,the application of vision plus multi-sensory assistance design scheme can improve the problems of unclear indication and incomplete group coverage of a single visual channel faced by passengers in the subway guidance system,optimize the form and communication of subway guidance information,and enhance the comfort and happiness of passengers. |
