In 2017,The "No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee" puts forward for the first time "Supporting conditional rural construction, taking farmers’ cooperatives as the main carrier, allowing farmers to fully participate in and benefit, and integrating circular agriculture, creative agriculture and agricultural experience".At the same time, the limitations and destructiveness of small-scale peasant economy have increasingly hindered the development of rural and agriculture. In this context, the development and construction of pastoral complex is a beneficial attempt to properly solve the problems of "Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers" in the Rural Revitalization Strategy. However, the design method of pastoral complex is more traditional at present, focusing on the functional level design of product objectives and technical realizability, lacking systematic consideration of the needs of three types of stakeholders: service recipients, service providers and service designers, which leads to the superficial design of pastoral complex,It is difficult to effectively provide customers with meticulous and complete service experience, and there is a deviation in the transformation between the spatial design characteristics of pastoral complex and its connotation. It is necessary and realistic to think about the spatial design of pastoral complex from the perspective of service design. The core of this paper is "Pastoral Complex Space",which is the spatial design of pastoral complex under the background of the times.Firstly,it summarizes the three backgrounds: "agricultural function transformation","policy and Regulation Orientation" and "agricultural spatial upgrading",and discusses the problems of pastoral complex under the rapid development of economy and society.Secondly, define the concept of rural complex in the research topic, focus on the relationship between "space","service" and "people" of rural complex, and sort out the relevant theoretical basis supporting the research of rural complex space design under the guidance of service design to improve the user experience of rural complex.Thirdly,on the basis of theory, three typical examples of "pastoral Oriental" in Wuxi,"Huatian happy place" in Nantong and "Xiaomaoshan pastoral complex" in Qiqiao Town,Nanjing are selected for field investigation and interview, and analyse the service demand and service system of pastoral complex,so as to provide basis for the study of spatial service design strategy of pastoral complex. Finally, based on the service demand and service system of the pastoral complex, draw the user experience map and service blueprint, build the spatial service model of the pastoral complex, and finally put forward the spatial service design strategy of the pastoral complex, which is applied to the spatial design practice of the "Xitian" pastoral complex in Nanjing,so as to provide users with a good service experience. It is found that at present, the construction of pastoral complex in agricultural production areas and leisure and entertainment areas in China has achieved good results, which is a cool point in the service experience of pastoral complex.Diversified experience projects can meet the needs of different consumers, promote the publicity and sales of characteristic agricultural products, and increase agricultural income; The construction results of landscape attraction core and residential development zone are acceptable, but there are still improvements. It is an itch point in the service experience of pastoral complex, and lacks the embodiment of regional humanistic thickness; There are urgent problems to be solved in the construction of community supporting network, which is a pain point in the service experience of pastoral complex.Problems such as small coverage of service facilities and insufficient readability of guidance system have seriously affected the overall service experience. The conclusion provides a certain reference for the future development of pastoral complex.
