Under the requirements of policies and regulations,the vegetable market,as the "vegetable basket" of the city,not only needs to meet the service demand of "lively atmosphere of inhabit","a place where a better life begins" and other services for the convenience and benefit of the people,but also needs to adapt to the rapid development trend of times such as "O2O economic era" and "supermarket e-commerce".However,there are still many problems in the public space,function space and service space of the vegetable market in China.Thus,this study is of great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement and renewal of community vegetable market space from the perspective of people-oriented.The focus of this study is "Community vegetable market space",exploring the direction of community vegetable market space design in the new era.First of all,this paper discusses the demanding trend of economic transformation,market space innovation,policy and law-oriented demand and the current situation of contradiction in the accelerated economic and social growth of the vegetable market in the community,sorting out the direction of development of the space design of future community vegetable market.Secondly,it defines the concept of community vegetable market in the research subject,focuses on the relationship among "space","service" and "people" of the community vegetable market,combines the research methods of service design,analyzes the needs and preferences of stakeholders,and takes the relevant construction standards of community vegetable market as guidance.This thesis sorted out the relevant theoretical basis supporting the research on the space design of community vegetable market.Third,on the basis of relevant theory,contacting with the society and liquidity,accessibility of public transportation,social participation and inclusive,service experience and business flow,target groups,service requirements and the physical environment and supporting facilities as the guidance,the six kinds of stakeholders demand combined with three kinds of typical examples: Jurong South Gate Vegetable Markets,Renmin Road Vegetable Markets,Lucky Fresh Collection Market,the vegetable markets set up community stakeholders orderly space comprehensive classification of satisfaction evaluation model-logistic model,this thesis analyzes the variation of community vegetable market,determining that the health environment,traffic conditions,vehicle management,functional space division,shopping corridor space,variety quantity and vendor service have positive and negative impacts on the community vegetable market,so as to provide a basis for the community vegetable market space service design strategy.Finally,the service process,user experience map and service blueprint of the community vegetable market are proposed based on field interviews and field visits.Based on the orientation of the spatial format of the community vegetable market,the spatial service model of the community vegetable market was constructed.The service design strategy of community vegetable market is to rebuild the boundary,paying attention to the overall situation and breaking through the demand.This paper attempts to apply the people-oriented space design strategies and methods of the community vegetable market in the service design practice of the community vegetable market,so as to provide a better living environment for the community residents born and growing up in the community,and provide another perspective for the future development of the community vegetable market.
